I've been using STS for a few years and find their classes easy to book and take. I did used the VAM this year and found the process pretty easy. STS is very communicative. I'll continue to use them each time I need my BLS renewed.

Excellent experience. I was able to reschedule my exam given my changing availability. Access into the building was easy and clear to follow. The venue was extremely clean and had all the supplies necessary to perform the BLS and ACLS renewal exams. The mannequin was a bit tricky to give breaths to, I had to really tilt the head back. Overall a great company, and I will be referring others and come back myself.

This is an Amazing place to do your BLS renewal. Honestly I dislike in person group classes because we all different learning levels and I just can’t concentrate. With my busy agenda this was sooo flexible. I did my online course probably took me around 50min? Then I went to the location definitely NO INSTRUCTOR, but super easy and detailed instructions how to get in and out. Took me about 25 min, love it! And yes for the busy people out there like me WEEKENDS ARE OPEN! Super clean, neat and organized place. 100% recommend.

I've called the RQ1 800 number and Safety Training and neither was able to get me my document/certificate that says I have 4.0 units for my ACLS. Safety Training referred me to RQ1 who stated that I was to only receive 2.0 units for the online and skills portion of ACLS and the certificate that says "online" is just a "wording issue". That is incorrect.

This was an easy and great place to get my BLS training! Very accessible and the training allows you to move at your own pace! Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area and need training asap!
