Been with this office for 20 years about. Wish the rates were cheaper but they have been there when needed.

I rarely write reviews, but we have been a long State Farm member through Mr. Larry Bolton for more than 25 years beginning with my now deceased father. They had always took care of us but due to changes with family memberships, I've decided to join my wife's insurance instead. I've asked them to cancel my membership last month. I thought the man I was speaking with was rough and needed help with customer service but I pushed it aside that maybe he was having a bad day. So, I've got a cancellation letter with a $0 balance. This month I've received another bill from them stating that I owe some money with re-instated membership. So, I called to make sure that their records are straight. The man who answered said without even asking for my membership #, that it's already cancelled. That's not what it looks like since I have a bill, so I've asked for a manager. And he said, I am the manager. Wow! What happened? An apology would have been nice. I wish the exit was as graceful as when we were your members, sir.
