Only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because it is 80 degrees outside and there was no AC running inside. Being hot made us want to leave faster

This Kohl's has started doing something sleazy. They tell you they'll give you 20% off if you give your email and phone and then after you do, they say "oh it's just on a few items, not everything." So misrepresenting what they are giving, of course, because if they told the truth nobody would bother. Deceitful and annoyed me enough I won't go back

Great customer services from the staff's at this location. When we asked help for price checking, an associate who was busy stocking men's shirts, stop and helped us double check the price.
Amparo, who also helped me and my sister, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will come back.
Bathrooms were clean too.

I love the clothes because there is a variety to dress elegantly, it is super desirable, there are bathrooms inside, the staff is super nice, if only I had time outside every day and the best thing is the quality of the products.

Last time I visited the Sephora store inside Alameda Kohls, I had a less than stellar experience. I decided to give it another chance and it was excellent customer service! I was helped by Celeste, and she really tailored my shopping experience to my needs. I am so happy with the way I was treated by Celeste, and I will be back to purchase even more perfume from Sephora to add to my collection. Thank you Celeste for a great in store experience!
