I've been going to Jazzercise 2-3 times a week for nearly 2 years now. I love it. Love the music. Love the dancing, working out with weights, some stretching and toning. I feel great. And I enjoy the social aspect of getting out and meeting new people.

Great classes, both in-person and livestreamed, with awesome music. Good for all fitness levels. The owner, Karen, is super responsive and the other instructors are all excellent. Highly recommended.

A great location on Alameda's Bay Farm with wonderful Jazzercise instructors. It is a welcoming areobics class that offers contemporary music and a variety of choreography. I like that they know who you are. Work at your own pace. There is free parking and a restroom large enough to change into your exercise clothes if you are working out after your job. Weights and mats are included for floor work. The owner, Karen Park, has thirty years of experience, which is amazing since she looks like she is thirty five. Try the Bay Farm Alameda Jazzercise if you like to dance, make friends, feel valued as a student, get a good workout and leave feeling like you spent an hour taking care of yourself.

I have been going to Jazzercize for a few years and it is wonderful for my health. The class is designed for warm up, cardio, weights and cool down stretch in just one hour from 9am to 10am. Classes are also offered in the evening for 1 hour if the morning doesn't work for your schedule. Everyone is friendly and the music is great! The class goes by so fast and it is fun! Karen Parks is professional and attentive to different skill levels. Yoga is also offered on Tuesdays.

I have been a routine visitor for a few years now and I love it! Of course, there is no place like home (Glendale Jazzercise -AZ) I find it very friendly and still butt kickin' good! I will see you next month Alameda

Karen Parks is a great Jazzercise instructor. She pays attention to everyone and gives choices for différent level of intensity depending on your skill level. There is no better way to get better flexibility, strength and cardio workout in 1 hour. I have been going to jazzercise for over two years and I know it has contributed to my health and fitness. Also it is fun with great music and friendly staff. The 1 hour classes start with stretching, cardio dancing,weight training to build strength, then cool down with stretching all to popular music.

I am writing this review because it's an amazing experience. I stated in the 80's when Karen Park's location was just off the High street bridge, I stopped Jazzercise because of personal matters for a few yrs. Tried 24hrs fitness because it was closer to home for a few yrs. But nothing compares to Karen Park's Jazzercise location. Karen, Erika and Kim have welcomed me like I never left. They are my "PEACE OF MIND, MY PERSONAL TRAINERS AND MY YOGA INSTRUCTORS". My world collapsed when I lost my husband to cancer, didn't know where or how to pick up my broken heart until I rejoined Karen ' s group. They have become my counselors because after attending their classes, I know mentally and physically I am going to feel a whole lot better. Thank you Jazzercise for all of your help

I've done Jazzercise with Karen Park for more years than I care to say and I find that she has always had an excellent class. She knows good form, techniques and makes it fun while working out. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try it.

Love this place, their instructions on how to move different parts of your body by dancing are just expectacular. Karen Park and her staff are very professional and know how to help you to get in shape. I stopped going to 24 hour fitness because I was not getting the guidance that I needed unless if I paid for a pricey personal trainer, with Jazzercise I get this guidance, friendliness and a great mental status after every single workout. Started Jazzercising in the '80s. Left & returned several times. Have been back for the past 2 years & realize why I enjoy it so much. It's the varying routines both old & new, the positive attitudes of the instructors and being with others who enjoy it, too. Plus, if you are traveling, you can drop into a class & exercise knowing the routines. Just love it! It's fun & I always feel great afterwards.
