ICRA and their volunteers helped me do TNR with my 4 ferals about 4 years ago. What a big help! 3 of the girls still live in my backyard :)

No location, this looks like a scam trying to get money from the government. I drove h the to given location, and it look me to the town house. There's no proof it's a real shelter
