“As a lifelong AAA member, it's nice having an AAA office close to home. This nice modern location is in the Alameda Landing shopping center with plenty of parking. I drop by this office when I have to pay my DMV registration renewals and insurance policies or if I have questions about my policies. You check in with the receptionist at the entrance and your name is added to the list for assistance which is shown on the video monitors. Your name will be called when it's your turn for service. It's always been a nice pleasant and friendly experience when I visit.”
