This shopping area is within walking distance of my house. It has pretty good variety for a smaller shopping area. We got Mexican, Chinese, Sushi, and a Pizza place.There's a Safeway, UPS store, coffee shop, dry cleaners, dog groomer, Edwards Jones, a 24 hr fitness, a couple realtors, and a nail shop.There's a ballpark, public library, basketball court, tennis courts nearby. There's a community center, Christian Church, and Temple Israel, a two day care centers. It's a solid neighborhood center. Too bad the owner is trying to level it and build more houses.We need nearby goods and services for a better quality of life more than we need several hundred more neighbors.

One of the best community in the bay area.Unlike it's neighbor cities such as San Leandro or Oakland, Harbor Bay is clean and safe.

There are bicycle trails around the area that are fun to ride and there's a very nice little coffee shop , friendly people mom and pop style.
