This independent pharmacy is local and family run.Phil Jaber and his staff go above and beyond to assist their customers and take the time to provide information to help you understand each prescription.We are long time residents of Alameda and have been going there for over 30 years.We trust them thoroughly as do our doctors!

Philip Jaber and his staff at Versailles Pharmacy go above and beyond in filling our prescriptions. Their attentive service, care and friendly advice and feedback are invaluable. I have recommended them to our friends who also have been so pleased.This kind of service from an independent pharmacy is rare in today's world of mail order and chain pharmacies.

Service staff are rude and constantly make mistakes that they blame on the doctor, the computer and the world. Multiple months of them messing up communicating with my doctors office, Safeway pharmacy was able to resolve in five minutes. Very low tech pharmacy, but refuses to talk directly with doctors office, their incoming fax doesn't work most of the time. Stay far away if you care about your health and medical needs being taken care of accurately. Don't even get me started on the HIPAA issues here...

Gruff, rude, unhelpful and wastes your time. I tried calling to see if they had Adderall in stock during a national shortage. The guy said they did have some, but that he doesn't fill tele-health prescriptions. He also asked me where I live, which I thought was weird. Go somewhere else.

After being in the merry-go-round of doctors office, pharmacy and insurance it was great to actually talk to someone! A warm, personable staff that are always willing to help you navigate our very broken healthcare system. A true local gem!

I am in the process of transferring all my prescriptions here. Sure, they don't have an app to refill your prescriptions but they have a person that answers the phone when you call! They are nice, professional and personable. I have never had such a lovely experience especially when comparing it to Walgreen's or CVS.

Provided all the necessary information to establish myself as a new customer: personal info, the meds I needed transferred and filled, insurance info, etc. Came back over a week later and they had only filled one of the prescriptions, hadn't kept my personal info, and were not polite when I said that I needed all the meds filled. No one is masked and I got big vibes that certain people were not welcome in that store. Immediately decided it was not the place for me and moved everything to CostCo where they are comfortable with a diverse customer base, wear masks, communicate in a timely manner when your meds are ready, and offer both online communications and mail delivery. I wanted to support a local business, but there is no sense in supporting a place that doesn't support or welcome everyone.
