Not happy with the owner and his customer service skills . He couldn’t work with me on a return of an item that I brought the receipt in with brand new unworn merchandise for my 5 year old son. He could have done an even exchange and had my sons size in stock but still wouldn’t do the right thing. Me my brother and my nephews will not be doing business with him any longer . We have bought tons of shoes from them, especially during the holidays. Call me old fashioned but if you can’t take care of us , we won’t take care of you.

Favorite shoe store in alameda supper cool staff always great customer service store is not a resell shoe stores you can actually get your shoes for retail so that’s a plus they do raffles so even for everyone to purchase.Huge shoe selection for the whole family.highly recommend to stop by check them out!!!!!!
