Be coming to here for three years. I did Service B for my car. They charged me 850 for it. 850 is too much for a Service B.

I've been going to them since 2020 to do oil change for my Benz. Always found the price to be fair and never had an issue with my car after a service A or service B.However, the recent service B job I found to be dishonest. The price ended up to be ~880 dollars including brake fluid change. As a result, I will going somewhere else for future car services.

Amazing service, thorough and honest. The best price I've ever had for work on my Audi- by far. My car had a bunch of issues and they told me which were worth fixing and which, they thought, were too expensive to warrant the fix. I will be a loyal customer from now on!

I'm not a car guy, but German Auto Service made the experience super transparent with trying to work with my budget, call/email updates on my vehicle, and even got me a Lyft to my place of work. Alexander was very friendly, with a follow up call from the shop and a card thanking me for my businesses. Super classy!

The guys at German Auto Service are responsive and reliable. My battery needed replacement, I called Oakland Mercedes and they told me it would be two weeks before they could give me an appointment. I called German Auto and I had a new battery by 3 pm that same day. I've since had my 70K service completed for half the price that Oakland Mercedes quoted me. Thank you

These guys are great. Came to get a second opinion after the dealership wanted to charge me $15,000 for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Dropped my car off in the morning and received a call from Ali by noon saying it only needed $1,600 in additional repairs. A few hours later I received another call telling me my vehicle was ready! What’s more, my vehicle came back shiny and clean inside and out. Will definitely be bringing my car here from now on!

I purchased a 6 year old Maserati Granturismo in 2019. While people are generally terrified of things going wrong with Maseratis, these cars are generally pretty reliable. However, with dealerships and Maserati specialists in the Bay Area, routine services can be crazy expensive. I talked to Ali a couple times about the initial maintenance I needed to do and he seemed very knowledgeable. He did a major service at a very good price and gave me terrific feedback on the state of the car - I was very satisfied.Strangely, you can run into problems with this car if you don't drive them enough so, one summer when I didn't drive it for a couple weeks, I started smelling smoke from the engine compartment. Ali diagnosed this and, again at a very competitive cost, repaired both leaky valve cover gaskets.I wholeheartedly recommend Ali and his team there to take care of you exotic car, even if it isn't German...

I highly recommend this place. I do not have a German car but they still happy to assist. Unlike many other places that try to drain your budget, they always try to save your money by only recommending what parts your car really needs. The prices are so reasonable compared to dealers or many other places. The mechanics are very nice, honest, and knowledgeable. I used to have a hard time to find a auto repair shop until I found this one.

I’ve had our 2011 X5 repaired here twice and have been happy with the service. They are upfront about the issue and the cost; I haven’t felt I’m being given the run around or pushed to do unnecessary work.Services: Engine repair
