Took my VW Tiguan in for a service and was thoroughly impressed with how friendly and prompt the service was. Dropped my car off in the morning and had it back by the afternoon! They even washed my car before I picked it up. Reasonable prices too. Don’t hesitate to take your car here :)

Absolutely the best car repair place in the Bay and for sure the best on the island. Our car door handle got vandalized and we got it fixed here very quickly for a great price. The entire staff is very professional and super knowledgeable. We’ve tried every car repair place in Alameda, and the Mercedes dealership in Oakland. This is the best choice. Recommended!

Be coming to here for three years. I did Service B for my car. They charged me 850 for it. 850 is too much for a Service B.

I've been going to them since 2020 to do oil change for my Benz. Always found the price to be fair and never had an issue with my car after a service A or service B.However, the recent service B job I found to be dishonest. The price ended up to be ~880 dollars including brake fluid change. As a result, I will going somewhere else for future car services.

Amazing service, thorough and honest. The best price I've ever had for work on my Audi- by far. My car had a bunch of issues and they told me which were worth fixing and which, they thought, were too expensive to warrant the fix. I will be a loyal customer from now on!

I'm not a car guy, but German Auto Service made the experience super transparent with trying to work with my budget, call/email updates on my vehicle, and even got me a Lyft to my place of work. Alexander was very friendly, with a follow up call from the shop and a card thanking me for my businesses. Super classy!
