Emo is an automotive magician. He has repaired and/or been involved with the maintenance of multiple vehicles of mine over the years prior to me leaving the Bay Area. He has additionally been involved in the installation of countless aftermarket add-ons on those same vehicles. He's not cheap but you get what you pay for. In short if you're looking for a mechanic in and around Alameda to do it right the first time, I highly recommend the guy.

Highly recommend Emo!Services provided: Diagnosed headlight issue, replaced HID headlight bulb, replaced under car covers that were completed destroyed and scrapping the road as I drove. All in a couple of hours. Reasonable pricing that matched 3 quotes I received online.

I had a Ford Transit Connect van with a spark plug that popped out from a stripped thread in a cylinder head. Emo was confident he could do the job of tapping in a new sleeve with a fresh thread, at owners risk, but he said he'd had a 100% success rate. That was confidence enough for me to entrust him with the task! Had the van towed to him in the morning, and the van was up and running again on 4 cylinders by the following morning. He's been there a long time, runs a clean and organized shop, super friendly and easy to work with. Hoping I don't have to return soon, is the classic line with car repair, but if I do he's tops on my list.

Stumbled upon this garage minutes after my car putted out a block away. Met Emo and told him of my situation but unfortunately it was already closing time as the front garage door was already shut. Emo informed me of his busy schedule but said he could possibly take a look at it the following day. The following day was all good! I dropped in and let the man have it his way. Hung out at the local library for a few hours and got the call. All was Great!!! No more putting out and no more glowing check engine light that lit up my instrument panel! Oh and quality parts to add! Thanks Emo! Will definitely be back.

I had my car's bumper repaired and oil changed here by Emo, and everything went perfectly. I had my car back the same day that I dropped it off (in only a matter of hours), which was a pleasant surprise! Emo and Sandie are great people and run an honest, high quality auto shop. They seem to take a lot of pride in their work and are definitely worthy of your trust. I highly recommend their shop!
