Brought my TV into Lee and was able to diagnose it quickly. Unfortunately, the new parts would have been much more than just buying a new one. Lee provided me good counsel on the brand and what type of warranty to get, based on his 20+ years of experience repairing TVs. I would recommend.

My recently purchased an adjustable mattress frame arrived with defective massage motors. The manufacturer contracted Elite Electronics for warrantee service. Lee contacted me within 24 hours, showed up promptly for our appointment, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and returned to install in record time. Third time is the charm! I have a Pioneer SX-1250 that I bought new back in the day. Years ago it fell victim to a power surge. I tried twice to get it repaired to no avail, so up on the shelf it went. Being dissatisfied with the overall sound of my vinyl collection run through my digital receiver, I recently pulled the monster out of storage and let Lee have a shot at it. Lee got it up and running, cleaned it up and returned me to my audio days of yesteryear! I have to say the music sounds amazing. A couple of days later Lee called to make sure I was still satisfied, and explained everything he had done. Now, I understand that the cost of repairing these classic units isn't cheap, but I also know that the units are very valuable so I consider this money well spent. Thank you Lee for bringing my receiver back to life!

I just had my very old tape deck repaired here. The guy did excellent work and it was fixed in just a few days. I will be back if I need his services. FYI - he only takes cash and sees people by appointment. I would recommend Elite to other folks.

Mr. Cuong was secured by Tempur Pedic to assess and correct our adjustable base bed. Mr. Cuong possesses excellent customer service attention and the technical skills to re-set our adjustable bed remote control. I was very pleased that Tempur Pedic shipped various replacement parts just in case. But Mr. Cuong keen awareness proved that those replacement parts were not neccessary. I would not hestiate to call Mr. Cuong again, should another electronic device require attention. Thank You Mr. Cuong.

I had a new tempurpedic mattress with the Ergo frame. After having it for about two months, the motor on the frame burnt out. Lee and Elite Electronics was the service provider who was assigned to fix the motor (since my bed/frame was still under warranty). Lee was super responsive. There was a delay in receiving the parts he needed (not Lee's fault..the motor was on backorder). Once he received all the parts he needed, he was quick to call and schedule a repair date. My bed frame is now back in working order. Lee was professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and what needed to be replaced. Thanks, Lee!

Mr. Lee brought my vintage Marantz 2215B receiver back to life. He was very easy to work with, professional and efficient. I dropped off my receiver and within a week it was ready for pickup. His services are also very reasonably priced. I recommend giving him a call for any of your audio or electronic repair needs.

We purchased a tempurpedic adjustable bed less than a year ago. The electric system allowing us to adjust the bed stopped working. Mr. Lee came to our house on Feb. 25 and in less than 5 minutes he had the bed working! After our first call to Mr. Lee, he contacted us the next day, came out 2 days later and fixed the bed, and then called the following day to make sure the bed was working! (Note: before finding Mr. Lee, we wasted 2 MONTHS going around in circles with "technicians" coming to our house who clearly had no idea what the problem was or how to fix it.) We have rarely received such superior service, and strongly recommend Mr. Lee. He's highly skilled and responsive.

Mr Chong Lee came to my home in San Francisco after Tempurpedic delivered an electric base that Tempurpedics delivery team failed to connect properly. Tempurpedic paid Mr. Chong Lee and he was worth every dollar. Extremely friendly and polite and a joy to work with. It took Mr. Lee 5 minutes and he had the bed working! If you need excellent customer service with care and someone who respects your home by removing his shoes, I'd definitely recommend Mr. Chong Lee @ 510-522-6688.

I needed to repair a "vintage" Sony 5-CD player and Lee did an excellent job - was helpful and clear about his services and prices. I was very pleased and would be happy to work with him again. I am very happy to have this part of my music system back in working order. Very speedy too !!!

I brought two vintage receivers to Lee and he fixed them right up they are working great he is honest and good at what he does I looked at other shops, but no other gave me the time frame he did to fix my receivers to order the parts it was just a great experience I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for an honest and good shop.
