On Saturday 16 December I had the greatest pleasure of having Tim and Carl and Gaj pack me up and take it to my storage unit. They were on time and so professional. They showed caring, they were careful and asked questions. You can't imagine how safe I felt knowing everything was going to be ok. I give kudos to the guys and I have told all my friends about them. God Bless this business. They are racking up lots of brownie points. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ?? ???❤️

Really great experience all around. The manager working the office was very pleasant to work with and helped make moving in and out super easy and hassle free. I'd recommend this location to anyone!

Kool little spot. The manger that’s always in the office seems really kool and it’s pretty easy to get in and out. I switched from extra space and it’s a great saver.

Jerico has been great to work with while I have a storage there the last 8 months. Place is always clean and secure. The staff that works on the premises is always nice and typically there during the day which puts me at ease. Jerico made it easy to rent both storages that I had and have there. Appreciate the help and how he has been available to answer questions.

Do not place anything of value here. They have terrible, possibly even non existent security. Someone came and drilled through our locks late at night. It probably took them many hours and no one was there to stop them. I came at 3 pm in the afternoon and found that my storage unit was broken into. No one called me and told me. They open at 7 am, and for almost 8 hours no one in the business had any clue. It's embarrassing and a statement to their operations. The security guard that day told me they don't have anyone checking on Sunday mornings. Tried to call the manager and they are evading all my calls.

My wife got a storage unit at CSI and the whole process was a piece of cake. After a quick meeting, she got herself a space and was able to immediately move in. There's a gate and it's on a quiet part of the base near the Hornet. It's also easy to get to, is very clean, and has security on the premises.

They say all over the website that they move you for free. Then they don't. They say they changed the promise on the website but they didn't. "Beware of imitators who claim that they will move you in free and then make YOU load and unload their truck. We will do that work for YOU and for FREE!"

I dislike this storage due to no chance on payment even though I was in jail. I took a big loss at this place. Bunch of my working tools, audio system, a set of rims, camping gear and etc. smh.

Rented for 6 years. Good rates and helpful staff. Nice access to storage (wide pathways). My initial move to this location was free. Over the years I consolidated to a smaller unit & they were accommodating.
