i know cosmoprof is a hit or miss for some, but honestly i never had a bad experience coming here. customer service is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful to me :) i always come here to get my olaplex and amika items (bless the prices for being half of what retail sells for)

There was an issue with my receipt and was told that nothing can be fixed or done by the assistant manager and store manager in the Alameda location. Next, I emailed the DM and surprisingly received a phone within a day. I called back Ms. Green on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm and she immediately picked up and solved my issue with in-depth understanding and professionalism. Surely upper management acknowledges the value of customers that I greatly appreciated. Thank you Ms. Green for your time and friendliness!

They are always packed with everything you may need. And there are enough employees to actually help you if you are needing it.

Considering online & the door sign states that this store closes at 6pm- you all should be open until then. I came by to exchange something prior to closing and the door was already locked. If those are not the correct hours, they should be changed to the public to avoid this inconvenience.

There a two locations close to where I live and work. East Broad street, Reynoldsburg and Rt 256, Pickerington Ohio. They never have what we need and East broad being the newest has gone from great to terrible. That store may as well be closed as it now has a very bad reputation for having nothing. I have visited several times before my workday, needing certain things to give my client a quality service only to find that the products I need are not there. I have a second and third product preference and often both of those are empty also. This is so sad and frustrating and being in the business for over 30 years in the same area, I know many stylists and everyone is upset and frustrated. We are all searching for alternate suppliers. Hey Cosmo Prof, step up and straighten up or you will start losing masses of stylists!!

Try having the employee scream you must use hand sanitizer as soon as I opened the door like I'm some kind of maskless Karen here. I don't mind using hand sanitizer but I don't appreciate the immediate attitude upon arriving. I'll just go to the Cosmo professional in Albany.

I know this was the location that delivered me my hair product this morning, thank you so much for coming back and making sure my products were secure so I could do my friends hair this week. I wish I could have been there to tip the girl....thank you Cosmo prof Alameda!!!!!

Worst experience in a store in my entire life. I've been a loyal customer of over five years and i will NEVER spend another dime with this company, i swear on my grave. These girls in this store bullied me and sabotaged an item i was trying to return. It was a month long ordeal. I mean they acted like school girls it was un.real.. I left in tears TWICE from a store that i spend more money at than the grocery store. These girls make MAYBE $10 an hour and think they are the real deal lol! Never received any help from customer services and was told multiple times there was no district manager. I have had a traumatic experience with this company that is keeping me up at night. Do not shop from them and risk having an experience like i did. They do not appreciate your business at all.

If you are opening a salon and need a design center DO NOT GO THROUGH COSMO PROF. It is not worth it! I gave them my money for 17 years as a hair stylist and trusted them with my salon opening and my equipment. NOV 2019 $40 THOUSDAND $$$ up front to completely ruin my dreams of having this done correctly and timely. On top of everything arriving incorrectly they fired my project manager in the middle of my project and someone else had to pick up the pieces. I flew down to LA and had picked everything to make sure I sat in the chairs and measured the stations etc at Belvedere LA and Jill helped us there. During my construction I had to order a POD to store the incorrect equipmemt and wait another 8 to 10 weeks bc everything was Italian and German. It was Christmas 2019 by this time and they gave my 3 Italian shampoo bowls and chairs to another client without calling me SO I HAD TO WAIT another 8 to 10 weeks to get equipment I had already paid in full for. This put me in such a hardship the 3 people I had coming to rent had to wait to come aboard bc none of my equipment was in. My chairs were there with the wrong bases and I had to store those in a box so I would be sure to get my money back. Finally march 1st when my chair bases finally arrived the Hardware was not there so I had to hire their handy man to kindly bring the 3 pieces he had to put 3 chairs together. Which cosmo prof never reimbursed me for. We sent back the incorrect Chair bases and its July I still haven't recieved my refund and they keep sending me a bill for 5 THOUSAND $$ They don't know what they are doing and know one knows anything. Now the new rep sends me covid screens for 400 each that they are selling. I cant believe this company. I will never ever give them another dime. EVER.

I've been using this company for many years but I really hate to do it. The only reason I still doing it is beacuase the carrie professional brands that always backorder. Then now in this pandemic time they offer same day shipping but its not true. It took 8 days my order to arrive incomplete. It is not a reliable company to work with.
