Worse Chase branch!!! This is the worse Chase branch in this world!!
The senior teller/teller supervisor, I think his name is Edgar Martinez is the worse Chase employee I have ever dealt with.
Awful teller with terrible customer service!!!
The branch manager is Fang ? I think that is her name.
Anyway, please step away from this branch !!!!

If you wanna come here and deposit and check to be made fun you then this is the right place. I was "helped" by a teller in training named Edgar and his supervisor (never noticed her name but I noticed her $1 store wig she had on). Anyways when they deposited my check they said my balance out loud and laugh. Didn't even try to hide it either, times are rough and I just paid rent. As I walk away after I finished my transaction, I can clearly hear them talk about me still as they mentioned my last name. They were loud enough for me to hear them from across the bank. Like how are you gonna laugh about my account and last name when your name is Edgar.

7 ppl waiting in line. 1 bank teller. 2 ppl on lunch on the last Friday of the month. Worse experience ever. I understand ppl need to take lunch while working a 8 hr shift. 2 ppl should not take lunch at the same time if you are short staff. Spent 20 MINUTES IN LINE. It seems that the branches are on temporary hrs of 9 to 5. Most ppl get off at 5 pm and may not be able to get what they need during earlier times. Like this is crazy. Got a Hal of mind to simply close my accountsm

One of the worst locations. One teller was available and who was tied up with a customer who had a million issues and didn't care if the line was building. I ended up leaving without even getting what i needed to do done. Waste of time and gas which is expensive at the time. Won't be coming here again for any business i need to handle inside

Yesterday morning September 15th around 11AM I waited in line to see a teller so I could have a cashiers check made. The one teller who was available was an older woman with a short dark haircut and glasses. She was standoffish from the start, even after I greeted her warmly. I told her I was about to purchase my first car to break the weird vibe I was getting and she just looked at me briefly before saying nothing and returning her eyes to her screen. She then told me, almost with a smirk, that she could not do what I needed her to do and when I asked her questions about why & what to do, she did not know how or did not want to answer me. I felt like a nuisance from the second it was my turn in line-- That's not what you want after standing in a long line like that! Please visit with this employee about their customer service! The trainee on the floor was a banker, but she stepped away to help me AND ACTUALLY PROVIDED A SOLUTION (in ~2 minutes!!!) that the teller could've, but didn't (in ~15 minutes). The only reason this review has 2 stars instead of one is because the trainee was extremely helpful and kind-- the opposite of the teller I had worked with. Again, for the sake of your customers, visit with this employee about their attitude and customer interactions because I was seriously put off by this woman on a day where everything else was amazing.

Open 9-5pm or so the sign says. I got there at 4:51pm and the roll gate was already down and they're inside counting out their drawers. If you say you're open until 5pm, then stay open until 5pm and count out your drawers after you close. Apparently they don't get how retail works. Extremely frustrating. Four parties came in behind me and were also upset to find them closed early. Wonder if their district manager knows they are doing this.

Chase commits serial fraud and has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I spent 90 minutes in the phone with them and they told me I needed to come to a branch. I did that promptly, coming to this branch, on a weekday during business hours, and there was no banker working, only tellers, and I was told I needed a banker to do what they were supposed to be doing in the branch. This is a criminal organization.

Chase commits serial fraud and has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I spent 90 minutes in the phone with them and they told me I needed to come to a branch. I did that promptly, coming to this branch, on a weekday during business hours, and there was no banker working, only tellers, and I was told I needed a banker to do what they were supposed to be doing in the branch. This is a criminal organization.

I went to chase bank upset about a situation I was going throughSo I had appointment to open a checking account that’s when I met the assistant Vice President of the bank I’m so impressedTo be helped by the assistance Vice President!!!She was so Knowledgeable polite respectful honest trustworthy nice friendly and cool.I went in sad and left out the bank Happy in and with confidence I’m so happy I opened my checking account here her name is Minh Tran ask for Minh she’s the best!!

There's Two (2) ATM Drive thru in this Chase. But one works. One has been broken for like the whole covid pandemic. I'm not sure if it was cus if traffic issues with in n out. But it's causing more lines in my personal opinion. Can it be fixed???

I stopped at Chase bank to deposit my check Friday morning the 11th of December upon arrival I saw a security guard in his vehicle leaving so I proceeded to get my check out to sign. I saw this security guard taking pictures of my license plate. I was so surprised I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I proceeded to deposit my check into the ATM at this time he was still in his car watching us.I got out of my car took a picture of him and a picture of his license plate and asked him why was he blocking entrance sitting in his car watching us and taking pictures of my license plate .When all I was doing is depositing my check before I go to work so by the time I leave work I can get my money. I have been to many Chase Bank I never been profiled because I am black never have I been followed stock and humiliated in front of my child for depositing a check .That I worked hard for I am not a criminal I've never committed any crime and to be treated worse then a Criminal.To be profiled and judge because of the color of your skin and judge for no reason only because you're black. When we left the bank we went to Target only to be followed by the same security guard so we call the company that he went forward Allied Universal and filed a complaint then he drove off we reach out to them again after I got off work. Nobody called us to apologize not the Security Company Allied Universal not Chase Bank . I guess this behavior is acceptable for security to stock people who are depositing their check and to follow them and to take picture of their license plate and humiliate them in front of their kids because they are black
