Both and I and my husband are very grateful for Richard and Jade, California Real Estate Finance for our recent purchase closed on time as planned. This is not the first time that Richard served as our mortgage broker, but this is my first time adding a review as I couldn't say enough about how exceptionally he went above and beyond to get us the best interest rate. He beat all the well reputed banks and found us the best interest rate and low fees. Richard is very reliable, responsive, transparent, professional, clear in his communication and has patience. I have not come across anyone so knowledgeable, reliable and responsive before. Importantly the process is very smooth and no ambiguity. This is my second time using Richard as we know per our previous experience that he is 'The Best' experienced mortgage broker and importantly very responsive. I couldn't say enough about Jade who worked with Richard together in this process. She has been coordinating for required documents and has made our process smooth. I would highly recommend Richard! thank you, Richard and Jade, for everything you do!!

Richard is absolutely amazing! He makes financing real estate smooth and if you have any questions, he's always open to answer. He is an expert in the industry and someone you can depend on! Richard was recomended to me by my realitor as "the guy who could get it done" and take us though the unfamilar to us process of home financing and she was right! He was friendly and patient with his explanations of the process as we started to zero in on what we could afford. We were looking during a time of a lot of rate changes in the market and Richard was always on top of what the market was doing so we were kept informed. We really apperciated his sage advice. In the end he was able to find us a great rate for the market and we blazed through the loan process in a week. I would highly recommend Richard to help get your loan.

We used California Real Estate Finance for our year long house hunt and eventually a purchase. I can highly recommend them. Richard is diligent, responsive and thorough. He works hard, prepares well and is exactly the sort of person you want by your side as you go through the escrow process. The best part is the responsiveness - we never had to follow up or ask anything twice. Answers came very quickly and they were in constant communication with all the relevant parties throughout.

We were extremely pleased to have Richard as our lender during our first home buying experience. It took us about 2 year to find our home and Richard was always available and willing to answer our questions during this time. He is very knowledgeable so when we finally got in escrow, he made sure we had all our paperwork in order early, he kept the agents up-to-date on the status, and was able to find solutions when tricky situations did come up. I know our situation would have been different with someone less experienced. We will continue to use him when we refinance and for any future purchases!

My in laws and Financial Advisor Group Highly recommended him. Words are not enough to describe the Phenomenal customer service he provides. He always surprises us with low interest rates when we go in with average to be expected. If there are any red flags he brings it to our attention and provides solutions to resolve it. Best believe he will follow up with & an email because at the end of the day it's up to you to better yourself in the future. He can be done with his job but he really does care about his clients to follow up on the small things. Thank you Pavao and Happy New Years!

We were recommended Richard by our neighbor. We have had horrible experiences in the past with previous agents so we were skeptical. We were completely blown away with how Richard made our refinance experience so easy. His professionalism was outstanding and he was very patient and honest with us the entire time. There was no feeling of being rushed or feeling like he wanted to make a profit off of us unlike other agents. We would recommend him to anyone looking to refinance. Richard did a fantastic job helping us get a mortgage to buy our house. Since this was our first home purchase, there were a lot of things we didn't know, and Richard walked us through every single step and explained everything along the way.
