Gary, Maria and all the guys at Tire Pros ALWAYS give the BEST customer service and car service! Been going to them for my car needs since they were on Park Street as Big O Tires. My parents who are now passed away took their cars there too, so you see...we've had Gary and his guys service our cars for decades! Even when I lived in Mountain House for seven years I came to Have my car serviced with Gary and his guys! They are the Best! Kudos and Thank you! So great to have a place to take my car I trust so well! ???☺️

Hands down, the best tire shop in Alameda. Free air pressure checks, free flat repairs for the life of the tire and their advice is always good and honest. Will give you recommendations but never any pressure. Don’t know why anyone would want to arrive their tires anywhere else in town!

From the time I called them to the time when the tow truck towed my car in the the shop it was a great experience.
Especially thanks to DJ, I walked in the door, he had spoken to me on the phone, immediately walked up to me. Introduced himself, and in very short time handled everything and it was a really great experience given.
Not good circumstances due to having 2 flat tires but I couldn't have gone to a better place to get it taken care of.

Wow! The customer service here is spot on! Very attentive. I work in Oakland and live in Vallejo. I got a flat. And they pushed my flat tire to the front of the line so I could get on the rd asap to avoid the traffic! No appointment. Never been here before! Highly recommend. They have water and coffee while you wait. The story about the containers that this business/building is made out of is cool, random find. Even though this place is out of my way. I will definitely return for future service. Even though it's close to Oakland they have a secure lot for parking.

We bring our cars to Tire Pro at least couple times a year. We have always had a great experience from them. They just diagnosed and fixed my 2023 Acura MDX.

Blew out my front tire and the tread on my other 3 tires was gone. I got a new set of 4 for under $600 plus its super nice inside with free wifi, work stations for your laptop, plugs, and comp coffee or tea while you wait. It felt safe and clean and Barak who helped me was super friendly. They accept walk-ins too! They do get busy so the earlier you show up the better. :)

Unfortunately this place doesn’t seem to care about people’s time. They answer the phone with a rude tone and I tried giving them the benefit of doubt but they were the same way in person.

Place is always busy customer service is not very good. only to add more services they like to sell. Not very friendly place. And 10-20% more expensive compare to other local shops.
I drop the car off at 8:15 told me to to come back in 2hrs, when I went back they haven't even start working on the car. I understand that it could be a busy morning for them but you can't give fault information to customers. They could say that they need car for a day or half day, I had to waste all morning because of their careless attitude.
I don't recommend this shop!
