Peter Noerr is an excellent loan officer with great communication skills through the whole buying process and providing detailed timelines of the close process so that the buyer knows what the expectations are from beginning to end. The loan analysis worksheet was great giving you an estimate based on multiple scenarios for funding the loan. It is also an interactive tool that you can include your on what if's when things change as you go through the process. I recommend Peter Noerr if you are looking to purchase a home.

Kimberly is so great and highly knowledgable the work she does. I'm a single mother and never though I would be able to own a home but Kimberly worked closely with me and made my dream come true. She was also very transparent with the process from the begining that it won't be any surprises when I close. I just don't have a work to express how grateful I'm to Kimberly and her whole team.

Kimberly Silerman and her team were so on point with our refinance. We had gone through Mutual of Omaha and they sent out an appraiser who under appraised our property and then submitted it late causing us to lose our interest rate lock. When we contested the only solution was for us to buy down the interest rate, this made no sense so we backed out. Then we went to Golden 1 paid for a second appraisal which came in 45k more than the 1st appraisal but they just denied us. Then Kim and her team came in and saved the day! We did these applications all within 3.months. Kim and her team made sure we didn't have to pay for another appraisal and got the job done in 3 weeks, money in hand and kept us in the loop the whole way through from the beginning to the time we actually were funded. It was seemless and stress free. Thank you and many kudos to Kim and her team. You came through when no one else could. Golden 1 and their empty promises and Mutual of Omaha can't compare! The customer service, efficiency and a person who knows her business, these big named banks are only good for taking from the people not helping them to prosper! Now we can move forward with investing into more properties. Thank you Kim and team and Bay Equity Home Loans!

Go to Kimberly Silverman! We recently purchased our first home and Kimberly held our hand the entire way through the loan process. She had an amazing worksheet that she made specifically for us which we could look at through google drive and play around with it on our own and while meeting with her over the phone. She truly made us feel safe and secure throughout this very stressful process. I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s so knowledgeable and also just a delight to interact with. Kimberly and team were the best! Exceeded expectations! We are first time home buyers and she made this process feel very easy, made us feel very comfortable from day 1. Kimberly was a referral after 2 failed attempts. She understood us but also her knowledge and professionalism was a no brainer. Everything was extremely transparent and I know Kimberly was on our side 1000%. She fought for better loan and options but also helped us improve alone the way with our scores. The real estate agent I am working with recommended Bay Equity Home Loans and put me in contact with Chris Granger. After a few emails (which I had to follow up on multiple times for a response), phone calls, and submitting an application, Chris stopped responding altogether. Very unprofessional. Contacting them was a waste of my time. There were also issues with their website, duplicate applications, and erroneous automated emails.

Chris and John have a meticulous spreadsheet that lays out how much you can afford, including all closing costs, so there are no surprises.
