I accompanied my husband to this bank yesterday. He had to use their ATM for cash withdrawal. In order to gain entry to this bank, one must scan their card at the front door. There are three conference rooms on the premises for getting in touch with customer service. Like: convenient to use the ATM for cash withdrawals and deposits. It's quick.Dislikes: No bank tellers to handle personal inquiries. Ugh! Customer service gone south.I can only speculate that perhaps Bank of America feels it is convenient to have this type of set up, so there is no long wait in line. In my opinion, this type of set up is similar to the self checkouts at grocery stores. Are they being cheap by not hiring employees to help the public?

No humans here, all machines. 3 conference rooms but all said no internet connection. Can't do anything here unless you brought your atm card to do a withdraw or deposit. Can't believe Bofa can't afford to pay humans anymore.

Waste of space. Need to be a card carrier to even get in, and provides no benefit. Close this location!

There are no human tellers or bankers here. It is a glorified ATM. It is not a full service branch.

BofA SUCKS! They closed both real branches in Alameda and left us this joke of a branch. Do not waste your time and money using them. I had been with them for over 25 years and I have pulled all of my accounts.

Not an actual branch. If you need service there are video conferencing booths. I sat here for ten minutes and it never connected. This is a complete waste of time.

This place is a waste of time unless you just need to use the ATM. Anytime you need to talk to an agent and go in the conference rooms to do a video chat all you get is a sorry no agents available. No tellers no video chat agents nothing but atms don't waste your time coming for anything else

This is the worst waste of space and place ever. The videoconferencing doesn't work and the online phone numbers do not work. Bank of America randomly put my credit card on fraud hold due to what they labeled suspicious activity. There was no warning just suddenly went to pay for something and the card was declined and I was told to call their 800 number. I did and after 30+ min I was still on hold. Went into this location expecting to get a real person. Instead I got a fancy iPad and video conferencing system at the front that didn't work when I pressed it. Went into one of the videoconferencing pods and after 5 min of trying to connect with the system saying "please wait while we connect you to someone" An agent in Florida finally connects with me. She informs me that only the fraud dept can help and proceeds to call them. So here I am with an AirPod In my right ear listening to BofA's obnoxious music on hold and talking to a woman through the computer who can't even help me. She then tries to contact the fraud unit and comes back and asks me if I want to be on hold with her and that it would be at least 15 min before her cue could connect to theirs. Again. Totally useless. How about you all invest in something that actually works?

This is some sort of new futuristic Bank of America where there are no live people. You just have these little sterile rooms with video cameras and monitors, you touch the screen and you wait and you wait and nobody comes on the screen. There are no scanners in here for you to swipe your card, so I don't see how one could possibly conduct any business in these rooms. What was Bank of America thinking?? Hate it. Hate it. Hate it. Hate the fact that a huge corporation would rather spend money on technology like this rather than pay employees to actually take care of real live people.
