i would rate Ayxa ********************** Insurance zero stars if I could. I attempted from July 18, 2022 to August 12, 2022 to get Ms. ********************** to respond to a home owners and earth quake policy that my deceased father had with Allstate in which she was the agent. Ms. ********************** does not respond to e-mails that are sent to her personally and through the Allstate portal, nor does she respond to phone calls left through Allstate's phone system. Her staff also does not respond. I finally requested through e-mail and fax 08/12/22 that she immediately cancel the home owner's and earthquake policies. We will see if she does. I will be lodging a complaint with the ********** Department of Insurance to recoup any unearned premiums from 07/18/22 to 08/12/22. I suspect she will not cancel the policy as requested and that I will have to go to Allstate Corporate to resolve this matter. They are almost as useless.

I HATE HER!!!!!!

MORTIFIED!! I paid my renters and earthquake policy in full October 12 2020 stated I need immediate coverage due to requirements just found out my card was charged but no coverage til November 19 WHY WOULD I DAY I. NEED IT IMMEDIATELY AND PAY IN FULL TO NOT START NOW!? Calling to correct it I got laughed at talked to crazy and treated like a child by TAKARA TODD SHES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE HAS NO PERSONALITY WITH CUSTOMERS NO FOLLOWING UP SHE MADE ME CANCEL ALL CONTRACTS AND LEAVE ALLSTATE!!! Ayxa and her team are beyond helpful and professional and kind. If I could leave a review higher than 5 stars I would. I've seen first hand how well she treats people, she doesn't treat them like customers or transactions but *people* and always has her clients best interest in mind. If saving money and getting an experience from friendly people that want to help you is your thing then Ayxa Noble and her staff are the agent's for you!

When our home insurance was not renewed due to stricter fire zone standards, Takara Todd was able to find another ubderwriter. We did not pass their inspection and had to have some tree work done, as well as landscape clean up. Takara guided us through this process, and was invaluable helping us take proper photos to show the underwriter we had mitigated the problems. Following her instructions we were able obtain coverage. Along the way she allayed our concerns and worries. She is top notch.

Like nine of the previous 14 reviews have mentioned, the customer service -- and I would add competence -- are completely lacking here. Until recently I trusted all of my insurance needs to the Noble Office, who has managed to screw up all four of my policies. I have spent hours on the phone with them, all to no avail. After almost 30 years, I am choosing to go elsewhere. It's sad.
