I was visiting Alameda, & needed a part for my Benz. I was first helped by Valentina, who even offered to go outside to the car to see exactly what we were trying to do. Then another gentleman, who trusted us to take the part outside to see if it was the right one. Both of them were unusually kind & courteous, which is why I'm taking the time to write this, & even called Aaron, the store mgr, to complement him on his staff.

Last week I went to Auto Zone on Park St in Alameda,CA. I was helped by one of the service attendants by the name of Aaron. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. And assisted me with my situation in a very timely and professional manner. I’m a senior female and he was honest and listen to me without trying to run circles around me; as other mechanics sometimes try to do. Thank you Aaron.

Outstanding customer service--every single employee was friendly and helpful!
I purchased a battery yesterday, and Carlos very kindly offered to install it for me. When he took a look, he told me they were not allowed to install it because the battery is under the back seat in my car, so I headed off to my mechanic to have it installed. He said please return the core as they gave me the deposit for it already. So my mechanic found the battery had failed and leaked, and didn't want me to put it in my car to return it. When I was at Auto Zone again and told them, they said forget paying for the core deposit, it was best the mechanic kept it. Wow, talk about unexpected and lovely matter of fact customer service with smiles all around!
The store is clean and tidy, the 4 employees were friendly and approachable, and I'd like to say thank you so much for making a stressful morning a lot less stressful. My hubby says to say thanks for taking care of me!

This Autozone is amazing, has amazing workers & great energy. The store looks fantastic & very neat. The store manager Aaron is excellent as well. Very helpful & attentive, great customer service. I will definitely be back & highly recommend this location!!

I had bought a car battery from a different auto zone in Daly City and was told they do not install. I called this location up and they said they CAN install.
Danny did not hesitate to help me out and attempted to change my battery. He did try for a good 30 minutes or so but unfortunately due to the torrential down pour he couldn’t complete the battery install. Danny was so kind and didn’t complain at all from being completely soaked from the rain. Thank you Danny and Aaron for helping me out with my battery installation! I appreciate the kindness!

I had purchased a alternator it's been seven years when I purchased it and the The alternator went bad and couldn't find my receipt or my phone number and I don't know what to do then I decided to call their headquarters and I spoke to their customer service Alex and he was So very helpful and he told me he was trying to have someone to help me from higher up to approve The warranty. And Alex from Customer Service told me Give them 24 hours to 48 hours. When we hang up the phone and I told him thank you. About two minutes I got a call from their headquarters and his name is Angel and I explained my situation and Angel said just bring it in and I'll take care of it. The next day I went to AutoZone and talk to Aaron he is also very helpful and he just needed to get my ID number and I got my parts. How great is this people in AutoZone? I just wanna extend all my thanks to the AutoZone staff. If you need parts, don't hesitate go to AutoZone. They're the best thank you again.

Aaron is my guy. He's very kind and knows his stuff especially since I'm elderly and can't reach my engine anymore!! I drive a truck ! So I give him alone 5 stars!!!

I bought a new car battery (duralast gold) online and picked it up the next day, hopefully the battery will last hence the name, i’ve read some negative reviews but still bought it. We’ll see down the line if the battery will hold up to its name. 4 star for me because the young lady was so helpful when i picked up the battery and also for the young man on the check stand when i brought back the old battery was so helpful and didn’t make me come back for the receipt which it’s in my wallet that i left at home but anyway Thank you so much for the help. Definitely going back and this store in Alameda will be my store now for my car needs. Keep up the good work!
