Called a day prior to get one of my windows replaced and was told they had the part in stock, gave me a quote, and confirmed that I would come at 9 in the morning and it would take about an hour to replace. I show up at 9, the business owner isn't there but one of his employees is. The employee rushes to call the owner and the owner doesn't show up for 20 minutes. During the wait, the employee scrambled not knowing what to do and takes a picture of my broken window and vin. The business owner comes out, tells me they're looking for the part and it'll take two minutes. I wait for another 10+ minutes before he tells that he never had the part to begin with, that it would take two days to order, and there was nothing he could do for me. So I waiting almost an hour for him to lie to me. I live 3 hours away and was supposed to leave yesterday but I stayed because he told me he had the part.

Had an agreement to do the windshield for a discounted rate of $100 since I had gotten all my windows done. Unfortunately my windshield had a minor chip in it so I needed to get my windshield replaced. Once I got it all done and returned, the new sales manager said he wouldn’t honor it. I drove an hour in traffic there only to find out he wasn’t gonna honor the deal. Plenty of tint shops, no need to go to this one with their attitude.

Believe the bad reviews! I had a crown vic that they messed up so bad (with outside sprays which damaged the paint, and heat guns which damaged the carpet area near the rear window), I had to get the car totally repainted! Not to mention the giant "slice", that was cut in the rear panel window. But it's all good, LIVE AND LEARN!

Just walked in a few weeks ago to get my Tacoma tinted. Job was done at the estimated time and has been holding up so far. Love the privacy and the look of my new tint!

Have taken both my cars to this tint shop. At first was looking at Jet black around the corner, ended up going to check out there "deal" they have on side walk which my truck did not qualify for. Ended up going to Alameda tint and was very happy with the quality and how quick it was complete. Ended up taking my new car, and unfortunately the rear window started bubbling, took it back to alameda tint and he stood by his work and replaced the tint at no cost. I will continue to take my cars here and would recommend to any one looking for tint.

Called for an appointment and they were able to tint my car the same day. It took only about 1 hour and they tinted all my windows including front. I really love my tints on my Audi. Thank you guys so muchhh
