Prior to pick-up, all trash was in the dumpster and the dumpster was in its encloure. Afterward, full trash bags on ground and dumpster sticking out into the driveway. Poor service happens too often.

This service is easy and efficient. You do have to do some prep.

I don't know why people rate ACI so poorly here. They always pick up the trash on time. The drivers are friendly and clean up if they spill anything. Yes, replacing a broken bin or ordering the bulk container may take two calls instead of one, but overall, we are very happy with the trash collection services.
