  Lacks quality control. Know for them to pass bad lens. I know people working in manufacturing for these guys. QC doesn’t care about quality control.

  Chicai in Customer Service is terrible. Don't take an over the phone job if your voice has zero enthusiasm and you are unwilling to help anyone on the other end of the line. I've spoken to thousands of CS people in my lifetime. Bottom 10 experiences ever.

  I do not recommend working here at the Alameda location. Even though the people are very nice, I only lasted 2 days due to the unhealthy work environment in the distribution center. This location is also very wasteful and the some of the paperwork you are required to sign as a new hire does not match the reality of working... read full comment
