As a lifelong AAA member, it's nice having an AAA office close to home. This nice modern location is in the Alameda Landing shopping center with plenty of parking. I drop by this office when I have to pay my DMV registration renewals and insurance policies or if I have questions about my policies. You check in with the receptionist at the entrance and your name is added to the list for assistance which is shown on the video monitors. Your name will be called when it's your turn for service. It's always been a nice pleasant and friendly experience when I visit.

The people working at the front desk are welcoming and nice, but I wish I could say the same agent Khanh Nguyen. Beware of her because she will give you an attitude the whole time with an annoyed look on her face. We didn't even bother asking anymore questions because it seemed like she really didn't want to be there or give us the time to help us.

The people at the window for DMV services are incompetent, for better service you can consult at 1982 Pleasant Valley Ave, Oakland, CA 94611 they are more efficient

I completed my DMV vehicle registration renewal as a walk-in at the branch. I was greeted on entry, and the renewal was completed within 10 minutes including waiting. Office is clean and well organized. Friendly, informative staff creating a great service atmosphere. Easy parking.Great experience.
