I LOVE everything about this workout and the gym! The owner is so passionate, as well as all the trainers (Spencer, Gerald, John, just to name a few)! You feel like you're getting a personal trainer with every workout! Everybody knows your name and they cheer you on when you think you can't move anymore! The 9 rounds takes about 30 mins and you don't have to schedule you're workout, you just show up during their open workout hours. Whether you're a beginner or not, you'll never feel out of place. If you're not sure about the workout, they have a trial so you can see if you like it. I highly encourage!

Best work out in the Bay! I love that it only takes 30 minutes to get a killer workout and the trainers keep you on track and motivated. I had 9 excellent rounds this morning with their trainer Kelinde.

I joined this gym about a month ago and I absolutely love it! The trainers and clients are friendly and genuinely care about your health goals, all good traits for a welcoming, no-judgment environment. I particularly enjoy working with the trainers who have martial arts background, including their newest trainer Kelinde. He's been practicing martial arts for years and he brings that same energy and enthusiasm to 9 Rounds. What I appreciate most about him is that he trains alongside you during your 30-min workout, all while giving you practical tips and words of motivation. This gym is worth every penny!

A workout unlike any other! 9Round is the only gym/workout program that I have been able to consistently maintain -- and it leaves me wanting to come back for more each time. In 30 minutes, I get a heart-pumping, sweat-inducing, high intensity workout in a clean, comfortable environment. The trainers and members work together to create a safe, friendly space regardless of fitness level. Let's get it!

Great workout, all in 30 active minutes. Friendly knowledgeable staff/trainers to assist you in reaching your goals. With free accessible parking, this is one of my fave spots right now.

Great workout! This location is managed very well and their trainers are amazing. Facility is clean, trainers are professional, motivating, and kind. Their playlists are super fun and eclectic and gets you pumped! It's a perfect "gym" to join with a personal trainer set up without the stress of class times. It's a 30 minute circuit, but I have seen people run the circuit again for a full hour workout. Couldn't ask for a better place to get a full body workout in that fits my busy schedule.

9round is more than just a workout - it's an inclusive, diverse, and caring community of members and trainers - and it has become not only a safe haven, but also a fun-filled space of positive vibes and good people all around. The staff are truly what make this place great! 9round-Alameda is definitely worth a try, for a quick and fun workout surrounded by some of the best people I know!

Love this place! Super friendly and knowledgable staff. I was a wreck when I showed up... out of shape, knee injury, poor sleep, low energy, poor mood, etc. Now I'm close to 50 workouts in. I'm down 11 lbs. and I feel awesome. I'm coming up on my 50th birthday and I'm going to be in better shape than when I hit 40! Do yourself a favor and come check this place out!

This is a great place for a unique workout!It is not exactly a class so you can come whenever you want to which is nice. The staff is super friendly and motivating. It is set up like a circuit so you can come in at any time and the trainer works with you the entire time. Each time I go it seems I have the place to myself so it feels like private lessons. If you are new to boxing this is perfect because there is no sparring or feeling that you need to know what you are doing on day one.

As a fitness enthusiast, I recently had the opportunity to try the 9 rounds boxing exercise, and I was thoroughly impressed. The workout provides an excellent cardio workout while also incorporating high intensity exercises that challenge both the mind and body. It was the best 30 minute workout.From the moment I stepped into the gym, the energy was palpable, and the trainers were incredibly supportive and encouraging. The workout itself was a mix of cardio and strength training, with each round consisting of various exercises including jumping jacks, push ups, mountain mike, and of course, boxing. The combination of these exercises makes for a well-rounded and intense workout that had me sweating and feeling accomplished.One of the things I appreciated about this workout was the focus on proper form and technique. The instructors took the time to demonstrate each exercise and provided feedback throughout the workout to ensure that I was performing each movement correctly.In conclusion, if you're looking for a challenging and fun workout that provides an excellent cardio workout, 9 rounds boxing is definitely worth checking out. The combination of high intensity exercises, proper form and technique, and a supportive environment make for a truly enjoyable and effective workout experience.Highly recommended!
