Simon is AMAZING! Our car broke down right as we were beginning a cross country roadtrip, and Simon got us in right away and worked late to make the repairs and get us back on the road safely!! He is super personable, knowledgeable, and takes great pride in his work. We are forever grateful for you, Simon!

Do not come here if you want your car fixed. Simon does a good job but has absolutely terrible customer service. He will explain things to you once and if you don't get it he gets upset. Its reasonable to ask what they did to your car especially if you're paying good money for it. Simon gets defensive very quickly and basically wants you to go away.My car was ok but he left me feeling bad and a lot of unanswered questions. Its like I paid money to get berated. Totally unprofessional and inexcusable behavior. Go to another mechanic unless you want to get yelled at.

Gas station - prices are frequently $1+ over the gas stations in Alameda (on this particular day, $4.19 in Alameda, $5.49 here!). Additionally, the card readers have a hard time reading my cards.

After 40 plus years finally patronised this close to home service station. Look beyond the tough outside of Danny and Simon. They performed a great job on a oil change and reasonably charged and efficient. We are happy to have you around!!! Your long term presence in the community is well appreciated. Thanks guys !

This is Harbor Bay 76, the only gas station on Bay Farm Island. It has above average gas prices, a Star Smog Station, a Lube Shop, and small convenience store. I was there on a Saturday to top off my tank, and UL Reg was at $4.96. That's about 30 cents higher than the Circle K 76 on Webster St. If you can handle the higher gas prices, then it's nice little gas station in a small shopping mall with a Safeway and CVS. Starbucks is across the street.

Closes early so that even if you come 7 minutes before closing for a quick pack of smokes, you are turned away. I came here for a 2 minutes transaction at 8:53 and was turned away and told they are closed for the night and that I shouldn't come last minute. If you close shop at 8:50 and not 9pm then change your posted hours.

So I came here to fuel up after a long day of driving. It was close and convenient and I mean it's a gas station. Of course nothing can go wrong. I go inside to pay for my gas and the owner looks at me w a crooked expression and just stares me down for atleast 10 legit seconds. I ask him if he's okay and he says yeah and tosses my card infront of me. I said wtf and I leave the store and he locks rhe door behind me. The gas Is expensive and this place is garbage and the owner is a creepy dried up raisin looking mf who smells like sh**. Don't give them business. They deserve to be in debt and should be treating customers respectfully

These people are most unpleasant and they charge $25 for a smog retest if you fail the first one. The guy at the cashier was especially rude. When I asked if there was a waiting area he pointed to the filthy corner and said he could find me a chair and I could sit there and wait half an hour. He could easily have mentioned that there's a Starbucks across the street. I wish I had checked on Yelp before patronizing this place. Apparently they are regularly rude to customers and I shouldn't take it personally.

To whomever it may concern, Hello . I've recently changed job locations and started supporting this gas station since my tansition happened. I'm a pretty easy going person, super understandingand reasonable, but the front end guy name Ming is plane a simple RUDE ! I gave this gas station many chances but I think I had enough and dont plan on supporting this business anytime again . I was charged double on a purchase i made and decided to come back to them the day after to talk to them about it. Ming and the owner didnt even let me explain to them what had happened, and started to scream at me because they said "its a personal problem". Luckily there were costuners that were also there and heard the whole thing. That costumer came back outside and told me: " he doesn't plan on doing business with this gas station, and would rather drive the extra mile to the southshore gas stations, and give them business". Theres times when i see how he treats other customers who seem to have nice cars vs people who have reasonable cars, and his approach is way different . He seems to be bothered everytime you ask him a question and is quick to snap at people and slam his fist on the register while checking you out. Costumer service plays a big part in businesses (even at gas stations) and the way they do things shouldn't have to be tolerated by others . I encourage others to drive that extra mile to the nearest gas station that displays great costumer service and is fair with its costumers . A business is a bunisess and people should be treated equally/fair no matter what .

Way way overpriced, inaccurate hour postings and rude. If there is any other alternative I avoid this gas station at all costs.

This is my local gas station! It's in a plaza with Safeway, CVS, Subway, La Vals , nail/hair shops, coffee spot. It wasn't me but SOMEBODY won a boatload of money from a lotto ticket here!! They are DMV smog certified so I got that done here! $60 Getting gas is easy here. It's never packed and I don't ever have to wait. They do close late at night tho. Small town living for ya!
