Top notch animal care facility! They are careful about who they adopt their animal out too! Bring a picture of your fenced yard for dogs and they wanted folks that wouldn't let the cats outside in freedom

This shelter is a top notch, very clean facility. The animals have space, comfy places to rest, toys to play with, and lots of natural light. I have been volunteering with the cats and am impressed by the space and resources they are provided. The animals and facility are clearly well taken care of.

This review is about the new Ahwahnee facility.
Website is hard to understand. No animal pics. Policies confusing. Can't figure out their relationship to SPCA and other Madera Co animal services.
We watched place being built for 3 years, and this outcome is disappointing.
They really need to improve their marketing online.

Awesome location for adoption of all the furry cuties! Their facilities are very well kept and they take such good care of our furry friends ready to go home in their forever homes.The manager and volunteers are wonderful and super helpful. There’s plenty of cats and dogs to adopt and the adoption process is easy.They keep their website up to date with all the pertinent adoptee information so you can keep checking back.
