I had a horrible experience with the Agoura store. I bought an LG OLED 55" for $2,734, including tax, delivery, and extended warranty. A few days later when it went on the fritz, they charged $250 more (sheesh!) for a service call. The service technician who visited my house documented that my LG has a defective Wi-Fi receiver and will not stream over Wi-Fi. After a second visit, a salesman claimed the TV was great and my Wi-Fi was bad, even though I have over twenty Wi-Fi devices operating successfully, including Sonos, Leviton, IoS, ecobee, Samsung, and Roku. To make my non-functioning LG capable of streaming, I had to buy an Amazon Firestick and plug it into an HDMI port on the back of the LG. Now I am required to juggle another remote and work through two interfaces to make things work. Its not the quality experience I envisioned or for which I paid. My next stop is Small Claims.

Had an overall excellent experience with this store. I want one remote to control all of the add-ons for the TV, surround, outside speakers etc. I purchased a sound bar, sub and the the universal remote. I dealt with Cam at the store, nice guy and knowledgeable. The programmer for the remote Edwardo was a stud. Spent a considerable amount of time customizing our remote to exactly how we wanted it. You can program these remote 50 different ways and some people might give you the basic programming just to get out of Dodge. Edwardo did lots of fine details for us and the remote is everything you could have asked for and more. THANKS Edwardo!!! You went above and beyond.

I have been purchasing products from the team at Agoura Hills location for years. I have a comfort level as Kam and Greg always spend as much time as needed to educate me thoroughly prior to my purchase. I send my clients from other locales to take the time and go visit them for a wonderful learning experience that instills a great confidence in the final purchase. It’s not only them but their wonderful install crew. Anthony was fantastic and spent extra time to make sure I had a grasp of understanding my new equipment. Their electrician was flawless as well. As I got called away for a zoom meeting Anthony called me later in afternoon to make sure I understood everything! Unmatched service! Unmatched caring!! Mark David Levine

These guys have all the latest TVs, and the Super Popular wireless surround system by Sonos. Guaranteed lowest prices, with a two week price guarantee, and the two guys who run the place have both been in the business for 50 years, literally, and they have all the answers to your questions. The new 8K TVs by Samsung look like they're in 3-D without 3-D glasses. Seeing those pictures was worth the trip.

Kam the General Manager at this Agoura store has helped us bring life to our music listening and TV viewing. Not having any idea of what we needed, we entered with the hope of achieving a sound that causes one to feel they are attending a live performance in the comfort of one's home. Spending time with us asking questions, Kam found the perfect fit for our size, great room. He kept the pricing within our budget. His explanation of easily installing and operating was spot on. We can not say how happy we are with the entire staff at Video & Audio Center. They walked us thru selecting the perfect TV and sound system. We now have the best matched system for room size and sound quality. The installation crew was equally good working with newly remodeled walls and floors without a scratch. They also ran extra wires inside the walls to make the wall mount system look wonderful. Additionally they have supported several calls for fine tuning and tweaking our system Always finishing with "Let us know if we can help you further".

Bought my sweet computer monitor from here like 2 years ago. Went well.. it still works. no broken pixels or anything. was nice being able to go into a store and purchase it
