I called before I went into the branch. Connie answered the phone, I let her know I do not have an account with them however my company issued me a check and it was from US Bank, so I just want to make sure I can cash it at the branch. She then asked me how much the check was for, and I gave her the amount. She said we would need to verify it with the company, and I responded that is fine. I get there and another employee calls to verify the check and states it will take about 20 minutes. I find something to kill time. When I return about 15 minutes later the young lady that was helping me at first is not there and Connie states they have not called back to verify the check. I say well it hasn't been 20 minutes yet so I can wait. She then proceeds to say well we will not be able to cash it because of the amount of the check. You also have an out of state ID so we can't cash it, I informed her that I do have an out of state ID, but it has a California address on it as I did just move here. She then asks well what are you going to next time, I informed her this is my first payroll check and the next one will be deposited in my account which isn't really any of her concern anyway. At this point I am a little frustrated because you just wasted 30 minutes of my time when I was transparent over the phone in the beginning. I understand that the bank needs to verify the check but Connie was very unhelpful and did not attempt to go above to assist. This branch is highly not recommended for lack of unprofessionalism.

I have been a US bank member for over six years now. And the two bankers who were holding this place together Mike and Ricky had left that location and since they left that place had went down in service to immense. I wanted to leave this message because I cannot let it go last Saturday I contacted the branch about a new account that I opened and I got someone by name Solomon to help me who offered zero service to me all I was asking for was assistance with electronics statement I am a platinum member with you guys and I received zero service and he was very nasty to me over the phone and told me if I don’t like it to come in and close my accounts. I then tried to call five times to speak with the manager or any manager there and he kept hanging up on me did not even allow me to report this incident. US bank my advice to you is that you ensure the people that you hire are there to assist and take care of your members. I will be pulling most of my money out of this bank.

Horrible experience and false information from one of banker in this branch. Please be aware.I went to this US Bank branch . I went there to open up a joint account. This banker called Ricky told me if I bring my business account there he'll give me line of credit. I told him that I haven't don't a lot of transaction with my business for the past two years but he said I guarantee the approval of it. He pulled my company credit and personal credit as well. So I counted on his word and made a contract on equipment. Then after 10 days of trying to reach him, calling him everyday to find out about the status of line of credit, one of his coworkers called an said we can't approve you for business line of credit because of not enough income to the business.I was stranded and encountered a financial damage because of this banker's empty promise.

I definitely not recommend to anyone to trust RICKY LOPEZ at this Vons Branch! He pushed and forced me to open a credit card that doesn't have any interest for 12 month if I spend it in 30 days. Also he told me that I am getting $500 bonus after I spend entire my credit limit witch was $3000! He completely lied me in order to get some credit from bank I believe! Because they are changing me interest and even some kind of late fee! Anyway I am sure when I call costumer service they will take of this matter for me because I trust Us Bank and have been with this bank business and personal account almost 10 years. But DO NOT trust RICKY Lopez he is completely scam!!!Thank you

I am writing to offer a postscript for my previous review. Firstly I like the people at my local branch and this review is not about them. It addresses only the corporate. After I posted my experience with US Bank's handling of my Visa account which was at best, of epic ineptitude, and at worst an intentional fraud to up the ante, as you can see I was contacted by a "social media" representative from the bank. I told them this had been a colossal pain in the *** and that if this was merely an "apology" I was not interested but that at the very least they should "EAT the interest" they had charged me on an account I never intended to use. Even though it was just $1.50 I knew that it was more difficult to rectify on this Premier Account or my guys at the local branch would have just done it for me. Apparently the underwriters themselves have authority over this type of credit line or something because nobody including the social media rep was able to touch this charge despite it being chump change. OK, so he tells me he can "escalate" the issue and he did so I got a call from someone in "the presidents office" or at least that is how the outgoing voice message on the phone answered. She said they would ZERO OUT the interest and while she agreed to eat the buck-fifty, I am still waiting to see if I get a charge on the next billing cycle for $0.37 cents. She said I would not but if there is anything further to tell I will post it. While this experience was highly reminiscent of dirty tricks associated with Wells Fargo and their band of corporate crooks, I give them credit for at least going to some lengths to attempt to rectify it.

Ummm they closed my account with over 700$ in it randomly for no reasons a week after I opened it and according to corporate it was the branches choice. I have yet to receive my money....If you needed to borrow my money, you coulda just asked no need to play games...jeeze...

They charge 7.00 to cash checks but they will waive it if you open an account. Total scum.

Just got great service from Ricky Lopez here at US bank! They're really great people and are always there to help with a smile on their face! Probably the best branch I've been to and I happen to use this branch a lot, it's super convenient If I have some shopping to do to.

I just went to the bank to deposit my checks at the ATM machine as they are not open yet, but there was this lady in her suit and long straight hair who look like she doesn't even bother to entertain her customer at all as she is still 10 mins away before starting her work. The ATM machine couldn't print the receipt after i made my checks deposit and when I went up to ask the lady for help, she casually said, "Yeah, unfortunately we couldn't print any receipt from the ATM machine right now, and there's nothing I can do." She seems very cold and didn't even bother to smile at me or apologized for the inconvenience. Sorry, U.S Bank, I usually received exceptionally services from all your other branches, but very disappointed at this time.
