Jeremy, the manager I believe, is the man. He’s friendly, plus the staff are patient too. They must answer the same questions 100x a day but they still manage to keep a good attitude. I’ve seen other UPS shops be a bit chaotic, but this is a nice spot.

The absolute best UPS store you will ever visit! Anytime I go to another UPS, I'm disappointed because they charge for every possible thing you need...tape for a return, printing a UPS-specific label, etc. This is the ONLY UPS store I have visited where they have done those things for me for free. They do not have to offer those services for free, but it makes walking into this store so easy. If I accidentally didn't read the return directions on my Amazon order or left my tape at home, I'm always grateful that they just take care of it for me. Whenever possible, I try to always go to this UPS over any other one. Everyone is always so kind. I've never had a bad experience with an employee there. They are so busy, yet they still provide the best possible service they can. I've been coming here for years. I highly recommend driving the extra mile to go to this UPS store over others in the area any day!

Tried to return from Bloomingdales. Charged me for a box. I waited 15 mins in line, and did not want to hold up others, so I paid. Thankfully Bloomindales reimbursed me. This never happens at the UPS store in TO. I won't be going back to this one.

We had a disappointing event today. The store charged us $6.00 for a box that should have been free for a return to a department store. I have gone to the Thousand Oaks UPS store for returns many times and they NEVER CHARGE us for a return.

Dropped off a next day air parcel an hour before the air pickup cutoff listed online but it didn’t get picked up. Find somewhere else for important shipments.

By far the best place to have a private box. Love the fact that the owner is so dedicated! I've been with since the start. Even with some of the crazy things life has thrown at the owner he's been able to bounce back. With that being said he understands that things happen, even if we live in a dream city. Many local businesses run off this place for their daily handling of biz. He also has a great copilot to. Who runs the UPS team on the battlefront . Man I be been down with a broken down car 2 hours a way and haven't been able to go get mail. I'm also past due on the box and check this he's still holding my mail and knows I'll be there very soon to pick. Up and pay! That right I should be up there hopefully today!; this store rocks!!!!

Hours online are not the actual store hours. Store opens at 9am not 830am.

The guys that work here are so grumpy and rude! Won’t even look at you in the eye, snap at you when they’re talking to you with very quick one worded responses. I don’t know where your life went wrong, but blame yourself and not other people if you hate your life

The only downside is the parking. It's in a very busy shopping center

Awes?me Customer Svc . Very busy & Associate had acknowledged my “Drop Off” & gave me a receipt while multi~tasking shipments. Very Impressive esp w/ deliveries timeframe.
Location Rt next to CVS, Jamba ~ Rt across Vons & variety of Amazing Shops, Veterinary & Restaurants .
Iconic Baskin Robbin’s Ice-cream, Bank America & Taco Bell in same Shopping Plaza .
Exit N/S Kanan off 101 frwy .
