Awes?me Customer Svc . Very busy & Associate had acknowledged my “Drop Off” & gave me a receipt while multi~tasking shipments. Very Impressive esp w/ deliveries timeframe.
Location Rt next to CVS, Jamba ~ Rt across Vons & variety of Amazing Shops, Veterinary & Restaurants .
Iconic Baskin Robbin’s Ice-cream, Bank America & Taco Bell in same Shopping Plaza .
Exit N/S Kanan off 101 frwy .

I waited all morning until they opened at 8:30 to send a frozen lab sample. I showed up at 8:55 and they were closed? Apparently the hours of operation don’t matter here

I’ve been to countless UPS stores, and this location is by far the best! Quick quick quick! No matter how many packages I bring in there, I’m always out within just a few minutes. The sense of urgency the entire team has is so refreshing. I’ve been to other UPS stores that moved so slowly I had to leave. The owner at this location is so professional and accommodating. So is his whole team. A UPS store I can fully trust. Thanks guys!!

It wasn't a good review that first brought me into this UPS store a couple years ago; it was a convenient location - - and during my first visit I was very impressed by the helpful and friendly staff. Later that month, I brought in a return item purchased on-line. The team told me that the particular return item needed to mailed at the US Post Office, but they still gave me advice and helped me pack the item while I was there! These guys are truly amazing. I use this UPS Store about twice a month now and always experience the same - - A high quality and exceptionally helpful UPS team. My sincere thanks to Store Manager Jeremy Schwartz and his team.

They always close the shop early! Arrived at 6:15 to drop off a prepaid package and the staff just looked at me, ignored me and wouldn’t let me in, but they close at 6:30. Not the only person that has dealt with this and I’ve even seen them close the shop by 6pm on days they are supposed to be open until 6:30

Exactly what Sandro said in his previous review below. This is a great UPS store. They handle the receipt of my mail flawlessly & work efficiently to knock down the long lines that only occur at the peak times of day. Definitely recommend this location for all your shipping and mailbox needs.

UPS stores can be hit and miss, this one is a hit. Owner is friendly and so are all the employees. I have a PO box with them and ship often. Sometimes there's a line but they handle things fast. Good vibes
