I usually have decent experiences here - the man is very nice (agree that the woman is not as nice but I rarely see her). However, today, I smelled cigarette smoke outside the business and it was even stronger when I went inside! I looked towards the back and it looked like the man was standing in the doorway smoking. Why not close the door? This is a dry cleaning business! I was really shocked. I mentioned to the lady how bad it smelled and she didn't say anything. Definitely moving onto another dry cleaner.

I will never visit these cleaners again. Their prices are outrageous! For dry cleaning a sleeveless blouse and only pressing 2 brand new long dresses, I was charged $37!!!! The blouse was $8 which was ok I suppose but each dress was $14 for pressing only!!!! Never again! Shame on this business! I feel totally taken advantage of. They also do not tell you up front how much things will be. I never dreamed they would charge so much! Stay away!

I have been coming to tic toc cleaners for a while now. They do a great job and their turn around time is great! They even have a sign out front saying "in by 10:00am, ready same day!" Not only do I take my clothes here to get dry cleaned, but I have also gotten a lot of my clothes altered here as well. They do the job, and the price is right! I definitely trust them with my clothes and getting them back to me when I need them next, even if it seems ruched, they can do it!

Overall great service, shirts came out very well I just believe the pricing is definitely on the high side of the scale. For two button down shirts I paid $16!!
