Maintenance request never gets done and the apt constantly flooded… there are tons of rats in the walls… you can hear them running around all night, and there is tons of mold in the walls everytime they broke open the wall due to the floods you could see the crazy amount of mold.. even after discussion they do not care.. they also threw away my bed before the movers got it even tho I paid for a full month. On top of this the few times the maintenance did do work they left a huge impossible to clean mess as you can see in the bath pics below. If you find the pics bad you should see the videos

There are some weird rules about parking, units are run down and garages are very small if you have big SUV or pickup trucks.

The Lexington homes refuses to acknowledge that there is possible mold in their units. After brining this to their attention the maintenance crew told me I wasn't cleaning properly and that I didn't know what mold was. I am a very clean person who also has OCD when it comes to messes. My fiancé and I are in our 20's and had so many symptoms that could have been a sign because of the possible mold. The Lexington refused to test the apartment for mold and told us we would have to pay out of pocket for someone to come test it which was going to be around $500. Even the maintenance workers weren't able to clean these spots up so they just painted over it. The rent they were charging and living expenses were just too much and we could not afford that. I would not recommend to live here. All they care about is over charging you on rent. Now that we are moved out they are requiring us to pay for extra expenses such as paint job all around the apartment to cover the possible mold up. My fiancé and I were willing to pay for the majority of the move out fees and they wouldn't even manage to acknowledge the mold or even give us a break on the almost $2000 extra of move out wxpenseWas very disappointed in how they handled this situation.

Great place to live. The maintenance staff go above and beyond (Tim and the Maintenance Mgr are the best). Quiet area. Clean. Tenants pick up after their dogs. Highly recommend.

Great experience (as always) with the facilities staff. Shout out to Tim for replacing my leaking garbage disposal and fixing a few other things within minutes of submitting a work order late on a Saturday afternoon.
