They do not answer their phone in a timely manner. When you try to use a coupon they say it expired even though there is no expiration date on it. I think that customer service is lacking here. I would recommend other locations but not this one. If you download Twism and look at the coupon the owner signed up to provide to customers you will see it is still valid and since these shops have separate locations it is still valid. False advertisement and employees who are not aware of promotions.

I went to BOTH locations in a single day and when I tell you the staff is SO WELCOMING, they are! I walked away with a really cute sweater from the Top Shop and two different pairs of sunglasses. There was a pair of Lululemon workout pants that I was going to get but I resisted just bc I had already went over my own personal budget for the day hehe But go already! You will really like it!

I see the owner did a follow up to my original review. Her response is highly inaccurate in all its details and only reflects an attempted preservation of a reputation. As a business owner, I never respond to a review without knowledge. Clearly the lack of integrity is company wide. In addition, the Gucci bag that I was looking at was not authentic. Gucci made styles similar, however this piece was easily identified, by picture, as a fake by an affiliate of Gucci. Goes to show you never know who is walking through a business door or what they are there for.

I’ve been buying and selling here for a little over 2 years and I always have a positive experience. Great and friendly staff and easy selling process. I love their pop up shop as well. Awesome selection of clothes and accessories for great prices. It’s a win win for everyone and a good peace of mind to be shopping sustainably

Lately I've noticed a decline in nice things. They are not being picky in what is taken in. It used to be with high end stuff but now it more like Target clothes

I've come to this place to turn in some of my high-end clothes but unfortunately, they didn't appreciate the value of some of the items brought in. I took them to their other store in woodland hills and they gave me a better quote. It might be worth it to try both stores if you're looking for a return in value.

This is a medium sized "boutique" style thrift store. Higher end clothes, with matching (but not unfair) prices. I'm not educated in fancy brands so I can't tell you their real to fake ratio, but my friend and I enjoyed browsing and the lady behind the counter was helpful and friendly to us. I bought a small, cheap ring. I doubt you'll find a "steal" here but you might find something you actually love wearing and looks great. All the clothes I saw were in super good condition. Another customer came in and asked if she needed to make an appointment to bring in some of her clothes. She was told no appointment was necessary, though sometimes the person who reviews items is on break so it helps if you're okay dropping things off and then coming back in a few hours to discuss the items. Customer seemed satisfied. My friend didn't buy anything but did say she had some things she wanted to bring in later. :)

Horrible attitude, unkind, they don't know the difference between real name brand. I bought a pair of (so I was told/real Ray ban's) ,not only I paid a lot , they turned out to be fake!! Another time I brought a Gucci purse, Chanel earrings I purchased at Saks in Beverly Hills . They kept them for a few days later to tell me they were not authentic. BS. I even have the receipt from Saks. Anyway, they're has been other bad experiences in the last 3 years.. I finally decided to write about it.

I've only co-signed once before (not at this location) and this was the quickest, easiest experience. After I left my items I changed my mind about selling a pair of shoes and they were able to pull them for me to pick up the same day. Super easy, really nice location, but just be warned if you're trying to declutter your closet you'll probably end up leaving with some more items because they have a really cute selection I got some Vince and For Love and Lemons clothes at really affordable prices with the tags still on.

It's been my first time consigning clothes with them and it's most likely going to be my last. I brought in clothes to sell back in feb and planned to pick up what didn't sell in May, but then covid hit and they told me they will extend the contract. I then reached out back in July when the stores finally were re-opening to get my items back and they told me they would put a request in for pickup and I'll hear from someone in a few weeks since they had to go through everyone else's request ahead of me. Which is fine, I get it covid hit and everything is a mess, however I waited and didn't hear back. I then emailed back in sept about my request, which they never seem to check their emails so I called once more. The lady that answered was helpful and said she would re-submit my request to grab my items and I'll hear back from someone in a month. It's now December and I've been trying to get my items back since May. No one knows what's going on, they can't locate my items and apparently submitting a form isn't taking initiative to get people their items back in a timely manner (even with covid happening). I haven't been pressuring them, but when you constantly told you'll hear from someone and don't, you're gonna reach out to find out the issue. Granted the staff has been friendly since I've called every time, which they have great personalities. However their lack of customer service and doing something they said they'll do, makes me not want to ever come here again. **I just want my items back, would be great if you can locate them so I can pick them up. Thanks.

Sold my clothes here a few times. I think this is a cool spot to shop but selling here they will - like other consignment shops - take most of the profits.

A lot of the clothes I've gotten from here fall apart soon after I bought them and I rarely had worn them. I know it's second hand clothing, but a lot of the clothing is priced pretty high, just for it to fall apart soon after, which is disappointing. I'm not saying everything I've bought from here has done that, but most things have. It's just the fact that this store charges like the clothes are new. I understand though that the clothes are popular or designer clothing, but still, a little pricey.. even seen things in the store that I put back because there's stains. Lots of cute clothes though and some rare/cool finds that are worth buying. Just know that there of course the risks of unraveling, holes, ripping, tearing, etc, when buying these clothes that are old/pre worn, of course, and you're not buying them super cheaply priced
