Still love my Tempflow Flexia mattress after 10 years! Feels as good as new. That speaks to the great quality of their product and warranty. Overall, the quality or the mattress, along with excellent customer service, exceeded my expectations!

I bought a Tempflow mattress a month ago and I love it. It's perfect. I don't know how else to describe it.The salesman Breden was also terrific. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I got the mattress that was right for me. and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Great experience!I recommend this place very highly.

I would not recommend spending your hard earned money with Ultrabed. There are more mattress stores with more options available to you at a better rate and a better delivery time. Temp flow and back science is their brand they will try to push to you over well established brands. They really don’t have anything in stock and if you need and want something urgently they will not be able to assist. They claim to be oriented around really helping people, but behind the scenes that’s not the reality. You’ll find employees (Supervisors) vaping on the showroom floor, and them stuffing away mattresses they don’t care to sell from other brands upstairs. Rick the owner and developer is not understanding in any sense and is very deceitful, promises much but delivers little. In my personal experience with Rick I was mislead and not helped or understood. If the top of the company has that lack of character and integrity, I can only imagine how all things are operated within. Take your time and money to people business who actually deliver on their promise.

Really enjoyed meeting the owner and getting a tour of the factory. I’ve had a lower back problems and know that I needed a new bed for a long time. I truly trusted Rick to help me as he is so knowledgeable for the best bed for me . His other staff also was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and kind . looking forward to receiving my bed soon.Rebeccahow many mattress stores actually have their factory in the same building as the show room? And get invited to take a tour?️

Came in and bought a Cozy Cloud mattress and pillow that was initially shown to us by Bredon, then Rick sold to us. Both were very nice and helpful! Made sure that all of the specifications of the mattress were to our liking and kept it within our budget! Had a great experience here and would recommend!

Dr. Rick and his son assisted me on finding the best mattress for myself. As a healthcare worker, it is important to get the best sleep after work. Their store holds various selections with excellent quality and scientifically made mattresses. He gave me plenty of options to choose from and gave me couple of discounts. I also got their serene pillow and it was the best!

I bought a customized Tempflow EliteConforma and Tempflow Serene pillows and I couldn't be happier! I have back problems and they are resolved after a month and my husband, who denied having back problems, says his back feels great for the first time in years! These people go above and beyond to ask the right questions to get you into the correct mattress for your situation. Ours was customized to fit us and to closely match one they made for us more than 13 years ago. Thank you to the whole company for making a real quality mattress!

I have had multiple back and neck surgeries with fusions and hardware. I've lived with chronic pain 25yrs. I had the original Tempurpedic mattress adjustable bed system for 20 yrs and thought it was great. Recently as a result of osteoarthritis in both hips and back from all my surgeries, I have been in constant pain again. Rick took very good care of me in choosing the right bed system. I purchased the UltraBed Elite Gel Foam set up and I cannot begin to describe how incredibly comfortable it is. Paired up with their trademark Bamboo sheets and bamboo memory foam pillows, I have had the best sleep I've had in years. Since receiving the bed I have not need to take pain meds to sleep on or needed to raise my bed but for one time, it is so........comfortable. Beds are important. Rick and his staff will help you select what is best for you and your individual needs. If you have chronic back/neck problems like I do, it is worth every dollar you spend to purchase the elite gel foam bed. And, you should definitely purchase the sheets and pillows; they are nothing like I have ever slept on and I've tried everything under the sun to give me comfort.
