Would like to rate them better as a loyal customer but it seems as though the night shift around 9pm has been made aware of the condition of the bathroom with nothing stocked in there. Second time. No toilet paper, paper towels, or seat covers. It's been recent due to staffing changes.

Reviewing the car wash only, it’s decent for what it is. Like all other automatic washes, it does ok, but misses the wheels and hard to reach places (under mirrors, around license plates, right curves of bumpers, etc.). The basic wash is quick and cheaper than washing by hand. I usually go over the missed areas with protectant/cleaning spray and a cloth and that finishes it off nicely.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Dryer in machine ripped the roof mounted antena off our car on May 2, 2022. When I informed the helpful lady at the cash register, the manager reportedly said from behind a closed door "we're not responsible!" No, actually, you are legally responsible for such damages. Could not even bother to come out to see the damage they did. No disclaimers posted anywhere on the car wash, nor any contact info for when problems arise. UNBELIEVABLE!

The dryer on the car wash is malfunctioning and the manager is aware of the issue as the assistant at the counter explained to him the service tech was just out and part needed to be ordered. The manger was rude and explained that because the fans turned on it worked well enough and he wasn’t going to give me a free car wash (which I never asked for). I suggested he put a sign to let people know that it wasn’t working properly and his response was “then people wouldn’t use it.” Which is exactly the point, if you pay $7-10 for a 30 second wash it should work properly, not just “good enough.”

Horrible customer service! Do not go to this location, both customer service representatives were condescending and rude to me as I checked out. I will be avoiding this location in the future and making sure others avoid this place too

Just put six quarters in the vac machine and nothing. Went to tell front desk and was told too bad from Desiree. No refunds. No sign on machine and I'm out 6 quarters. How many times does this happen here?

Usually the lowest prices in town. Clean station. They offer a plastic glove so you don't have to touch the pump. Free air for your tires , you just have to go inside and ask them to turn it on.

This company need to revise their unacceptable ID policy.How is it that a 26 year old is not allowed to purchase tobacco only because the state of CA gave him a vertical ID? Makes zero sense.And their car wash is always "down".One star only for having relatively lower gas prices in the area

This gas station is staffed by a pack of liars. I bought an electronic cigarette accessory here, asked if it would work with what I had at home, was told that if it didn't, I could bring it back for a refund. When I attempted to return it, I was told first that I would need to check with the manager, and then after the employee texted, was told they do not except returns on tobacco products. I explained I specifically asked about this and was given the receipt I presented so that I could return the product, but I was told that they do not accept these products. I will never return, and will do everything I can to get my money back.EDIT: I called today to inform the manager I had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and she couldn't have cared less. Stay away from this "business".
