My old mattress left me aching every morning and slept really hot. After the first night of sleeping on the mattress and pillow, I would 100% recommend this to anyone. It sleeps cool, and I wake up refreshed and not sore.

LOVE THIS PILLOW!!! My husband and I have been looking for a good pillow for too long...but we finally found it!!! We've both been using it and sleeping much better. You can choose how firm you want it which is really nice.
