Best watch I have ever owned hands down!! Have wore it everyday for the last 5+ years and it has seen it all! About 3 months ago I noticed a small crack in the glass which wasn’t a surprise considering the abuse this watch has taken. I sent it to be repaired and the owner jimmy called me personally to inform me of the job scope and that it would be shipped back the next day. He was such a pleasure to talk to! All around, I couldn’t ask for a better watch or a better customer service experience! One happy customer here!!!

All I can say is that these watches are trash. Plain and simple. Trash. I am in the military and was believing that these watches would be a good choice. When I called in to ask some questions, a big must was sapphire glass. The lady asked someone else and confirmed that it was sapphire. Definitely not. It is scratched beyond belief just over 8 months of use and the side of the crystal by the bezel is having chunks come out.... I have not abused this watch just day to day use and never take it off. Buyer beware. Go else where. I had a Garmin bravo and not a scratch on the crystal. I have left reviews on the website and seem to never be "approved." Absolute waste of $800.

Believe you me. Reactor watches are made in China, just north of Hong Kong. They are not Swiss by any stretch of the imagination, and they don't compare. Many of their reviews are from employees and family.The service is poor. The people in Agoura Hills,California are not watch manufacturers; they are watch IMPORTERS. These watches are poorly made with very common, mass produced quartz movements. Where the company DOES excel is in the marketing of these watches. They have some fancy action shots, pretentious reviews and some questionable claims about their product. i.e. "Swiss dial technology". Please tell me what that is. Don't take my word for all this...a half hour investigation online will prove my point.

Reactor Trident 2. This watch lost about 25 seconds a day. Every week i had to reset the time. Pure junk. Never again.

Just received my Reactor Titan that I sent in for a new 2 o'clock crown.WOW! Got back a Sparkling Clean refurbished watch.Tim Johnson you are the bomb! Not sure if that word is still being used today. But well done. Great Customer Service.Thanks again.Happy Trails!

I have a reactor neutron I purchased February 2016. The jeweler really hyped up the quality. It is junk. It has been in for repair once. They had it forever, and did a crappy repair job. The watch loses time and is unreliable at best. I bought this to replace a lost g-shock. Bad choice, my g-shocks are way tougher. This is nothing more than an over priced fashion watch. And I have contacted customer support and got no response.

Looks, feel, and function, all superb! After two years, the pin in the band safety clasp failed. I called Reactor and spoke with Tim Johnson. Mailed in the band and received it back within two weeks in excellent condition. Thank you Tim, and thank you Reactor Watch. It's not just about the delivery, it is also the service. Keep up the great work, and keep producing a great watch.

If you dont currently own a reactor watch you need to buy one ASAP. I have 6 of them and can assure you that you won't find a better crafted and beautiful watch anywhere on the planet. As if that were not enough, you will also find that their customer service is the absolute best! I have spoken with the California office as well as Jimmy who does repairs, on numerous occasions and they are all the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

I have a Reactor Titan and I wasnt a watch guy until I got this the watch came with the most comfortable band I've ever worn and the never dark technology you can always see it I also shoot uspsa and idpa pistol competitions and I promise alot of watches dont hold up to recoil and abuse well this one does im also a security contractor and hunter these watches are for just as much for working in the field as they are for showing the good look. American made at its finest. Support American made business they are the best in my opinion.
