I setup an appointment for my father online the day prior. He registered when he went in and wasn't seen for 45 minutes. Finally, he walked to the window to find out and they said his appointment was no longer there and told him he no longer had an appointment. They told him he would need to move to the back of the queue. Absolutely ridiculous. Your system is faulty but the patient suffers? We will not be back.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! my husband had an appointment and was 4 in line. After 40 Minutes and other people coming in he went up and they said oh you don't have an appointment! He showed her the QR code and she said, well you don't have one anymore! WTH?? This is unacceptable. You are dealing with patients who have life problems and need medical attention and this is how you are treated!! SHAME ON YOU QUEST DIAGNOSTICS IN AGOURA HILLS!!

Came for a covid test. Stuck in a waiting room with NO social distancing! Really sucks. More exposure here than during my trip to Chicago.No one at the check in window

Very surprised at how low the rating is here. Excellent service. You can walk-in whenever and check in via the kiosk so you don't have to wait on the health care workers who are helping patients. You are given the option to wait in the car and get a text or in the waiting room. All of the employees are very nice and respectful of your time by being efficient. If it's not busy, I can be in and out of this place in 20-30 minutes.

First off, if you possibly can, GO WITH AN APPOINTMENT!! Service was top notch & efficient. I'm not an easy patient. Quest made things as best as possible!

I was in and out in about ten minutes which was great, however they keep it extremely cold in the waiting room. I needed to move so I was as far as possible from any vents. And the phlebotomist wouldn't use a butterfly needle on me. There was alot more pain than usual. I doubt I'll return to this location which is a shame because it's so conveniently close to my work.

This is horrible place. They will say wait time 20 minutes and you will end up with 1 hour and more. Staff is very rude and uncooperative. You can not ask how long to wait. No appointment available anytime. I will not recommend to go to this place.

Im here for an hour and didn't go in yet. The board showed 27 minutes wait for us. I'm here for 60 and didn't go in yet. I'm with 3 little kids and upset. Big mistake.

Per a doctor's order, I went in for some blood tests. I am a frequent fainter and the assigned phlebotomists was very understanding and helpful. She had me lay down to draw my blood and she kept the conversation going, the whole time. I really appreciated the distraction.

THis place is awful. Even with an appointment expect to wait 30 min to an hour. There has top be a better option somewhere.
