I dealt with Jennifer at Pacific Patio…She took good care of me and made the shopping experience enjoyable, hard to believe, i know, but she definitely knows her stuff. The warehouse delivery guys couldn’t have been nicer.
All in all my patio furniture shopping was a positive experience and I recommend Pacific Patio Furniture to everyone

Had custom outdoor curtain made for Cabana - they did a great job. Curtains look great, for them installed quickly, and price was very reasonable.

The people at Pacific Patio are very friendly and helpful. We worked with Jennifer who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She worked with us remotely and in the store. The selection of products is all high quality. We believe that we received the best product at the best price. We will be posting pictures when we have all items.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Pacific Patio. My customer service rep, Jennifer, was amazing and efficient. We ordered a very large umbrella that needed to be shipped overseas, however, they were always committed to communicating the ETA of its arrival every step of the way. Will definitely be working with them again in the future. Thanks Jennifer!

This year, I purchased a patio table and covers for all of my outdoor furniture from Pacific Patio. I was very happy with all of my purchases. I received superb assistance from Jennifer. We went to Pacific Patio in Agoura and were greeted by Penny Dos Santos. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us put things together . She goes out of her way to make sure everything will work in our yard.she was on top of everything. When more things came in she called us. Everyone in the store was very friendly including the owner Theresa.What I liked about this store is they have diversity with all different styles and brands. Penny always made sure that when something came in she would call us.we enjoyed our shopping experience !!!!!! Penny and her staff were wonderful. Do NOT make the mistake of going anywhere else for quality patio furniture . Judy knows what will meet your needs for quality furniture options at reasonable pricing with reliable delivery and set-up by true professionals in a family run business with Lexi and her mom . We had unbelievable trouble with neighboring Patio World in Thousand Oaks who tried to deliver faulty furniture minus two purchased chairs as they forgot to put them on a truck in their hurry to deliver before 8AM without calling first . No worries after refusing delivery a week later of the same defective outdoor sectional at a reduced price , we got better and less expensive lovely furniture that was on time and perfect !

We have bought patio furniture here several times. They have beautiful outside furniture! They stand behind their furniture, as well. They are wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. Their quality of furniture is excellent and they have a large selection to choose from. We highly recommend them! Thank you, Judy, for taking such good care of us, as always! No matter how many good things I say about this place, it would not be enough. This place is a true reflection of top notch customer service. I'd go as far as saying it may be the best service I have received anywhere. We just moved cross-country and needed to set up our patio, and we tried several stores in person as well as Wayfair and Amazon. Everything we got online was terrible quality and damaged and returns were a nightmare. Someone told us to try Pacific Patio and OMG thank goodness we did because it is AMAZING!! The quality of the furniture they have and the service we received from Theresa was spectacular. We went several times, once for a table, another for a couch, and then again to change our minds on the couch. Each time we were met with amazing patience and kindness. Theresa was so sweet and walked through my entire thought process in choosing the perfect pieces for my vision and my budget. Not only that, when we received our dining table, I contacted her noting that there was a nick in the table and whether I had any options. Within an hour she had the delivery team come back and replace the table. If you want great quality furniture and the customer service you dream can only dream about, go to Pacific Patio!
