When my mom became sick, the fast, helpful care that Nationwide Provided made a quick improvement in her quality of life. They were able to get her a portable oxygen machine delivered directly to her home and the staff helped her use the machine successfully! This is the care you need for your family.

I had some issues with Nationwide, but it was Amanda Pappacoda, Patient Relations Manager, who raised my rating to 5 stars because of her customer service and quick response to my issues. She took immediate action and resolved the issue which I was unable to resolve without help from Nationwide. I hope upper management realizes her management skills and customer awareness and thank her on my behalf for such quality service.

I am very satisfied with the customer service that received. Alena Ruiz was the operator that called me, she was very attentive and helpful she provided all the information regarding my re-order. They arrived like always just on time and in good condition. Very happy with the company service specially with Alena she is an excellent operator.

Customer service was outstanding. Jim from the IOC team helped me with shipment promptly, knew a great deal about the product, and were attentive to all my questions. Because of this experience, I would recommend Nationwide Medical to my own friends and family!

Terrible medical provider!!! The customer service department is extremely rude! I was charged $1500 directly to my credit card without being told or given a bill explaining what the charge was for!! I called and all the lady I spoke to had to say was well it's you fault and you can try and fight with your insurance and we may be able to refund the money. The $1500 is what my insurance company owes and instead of reaching out to me or insurance they just billed me!! Now I have to fight with both to get this charge taken off my card.

Decided to use Cpap machine highly recommended by my doctor. Nationwide didn't mention to me if for some reason I have to return, I will have to pay for the mask pieces. How else is someone supposed to try it? Machine didn't work out for me. I got stuck with $491 bill for pieces of plastic. Called them and their reaction was oh well. Am sure everything is overcharged. Total rip off. They need to be very honest and upfront with the patients.

SCAM! They shipped an order I did not place to an address I do not live at. Then proceeded to bill my insurance after I told them of the mistake. They “promised” to reverse the charges, but here I am today dealing with their mistakes again. 2 emails, 2 instant messages, and 2 phone calls later I am still trying to get a simple issue resolved. Their billing and customer service people are useless. I truly believe they are involved in insurance fraud and are taking advantage of both individuals and insurance companies. Save your sanity and money and go with another provider.
