Gabriel Cruz at Mortgage Mavens is the broker that helped me make my dream come true. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and like some we have decided on chattel property. Don’t know what that is? Neither did my husband and I until we began this journey. Chattel property is when you own the property but not the land, such as condo’s, townhouses, modular homes. These properties are hard to get financed. We search in person and on the internet for someone to help and most didn’t want to be bothered. Then we found Gabriel. He worked with us. Since the first time I gave him a call to closing escrow, he was very attentive to all my needs. I've used Mortgage Mavens and have been happy with their service. But as in any case, it's the people that make the difference. First I worked with your agent Liz around 2015 for refinancing, selling, and buying. She went above and beyond to make things happen. Then I worked with Gabriel Cruz, who's very proffessional, very experienced and again, he made difficult transactions happen. So the quality of your establishment, I think, is due to employing proffessional, experienced, and conscientious people.
