the Customer service is absolutely the best. Even on weekends they are working hard to deliever great service. They have achieved this level.

This company is excellent to work with. I've been using them for over 10 years. They replace parts on my newer stethoscope, and they even replace parts on my original stethoscope I bought ten years ago.
