“Helping my wife with her father’s estate, first time for me selling coins. Lisa made it quick, easy and educational. My recommendation - look no further! Then, two follow up visits to completely work through my father-in-law’s coin collection. I got to meet and work with Tom. Same result. Fun, fast, more education.”

“By far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The representative assisting me, Syd, answered all of my questions and assisted me with my returns and was even able to assist me with adjusting some details of a separate order that I had placed. I believe the service I received is the standard that other companies should strive for. I just apologize for taking so long to actually write this review.”

“Jordan is awesome. Super knowledgeable, super nice, passionate about his job, and a great salesman. The only negative thing I have to say about this store is that games workshop needs to be less greedy and get a second person working here so the shop can have more consistent hours and so Jordan can take a day off.”

“First time here. A group of buddies and I came for a Warhammer tournament. The environment was welcoming and the people were nice. The event seemed well run. The shop has a nice selection of board games and tabletop minis.”

“Glad to see bookstores are still going strong! Of course you can buy most everything you find for cheaper online, but I prefer the good old-fashioned experience of looking in-person and taking it all in. Lots of places to sit on both levels if you want to take a load off. Starbucks on the first level if you can't live without coffee & treats. The employees are very kind and will do everything they can to help especially if you're looking for something in particular. If you're in the market for books, support Barnes & Noble. Now go read something!”

“I popped into this store today with a friend. Don was so helpful, he spent well over an hour talking to us about converting our Slashes to drag. He was so knowledgeable a wealth of info! I called Don up asked him if he has some parts I needed. He said yes. I drove over from Calabasas to Simi. By the time I got there, it was almost 430. He closes at 4, but said come in and got the parts I needed. Don did not have to do this, but so grateful he did! He has earned a costumer for life! Thank you so much!!!!”

“I was looking for adult craft classes but only kid classes were offered. Was referred to Michaels on line classes. I looked up the classes and thanks for the information. Now I can do crafts in the privacy of my home.”

“Honestly, really great guys here. I've been a fan of Marty's hobbies for the past 18 years and just recently I started coming to their bigger new location to test out the crawling course. Without asking their expertise, I started building my own crawler, and it didn't go so well so I asked for advice, and they gave me a bunch of great tips, and I ended up buying a Traxxas TRX 4 from them, and it's been really a great time. This shop has a huge selection of RC's. The value that this shop brings is unbeatable!”

“I love going here to browse for magic the gathering cards. I also like sitting at the tables and playing some games with friends. It can get a little crowded when there are events. Overall, I like this shop.”

“I get all my enamel paint from Michael’s bc I don’t need 12 oz of spray paint to touch up my bikes. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They often have good sales. Not a bad place to shop.”

“Michaels has everything you will ever need in way of arts and crafts. They have classes to teach you things from painting to making a wreath. They are full of ideas. You can always find all sorts of ideas and craft packages for kids to make. I was in a rut because I ordered a bunch of crafts from a company for my Sunday School students to make. No one seems to sell religious arts and crafts in stores but I found them at Michael's. It wasn't big selection but I was grateful to find what I did. I actually met the late David McCallum there picking up some crafts. They have sketching, painting, floral, candles & candle making kits. They have gemstones and findings for making jewelry, wood crafts for painting as well as Canvasses. It's really wonderful just how much they have. All the personnel know about everything you need to find and make something and how to do it. Michael's makes the world a better place.”
