Taylor Gilday is the best! I highly recommend her work, she's not only amazing at what she does but is super friendly, and offers a great reason to continually come back to her! So happy with my cut and tone from Sara P. Had some seriously fried ends that needed to go, and she did a fantastic job of cleaning up my cut without taking too much length off. Really great how easy it is to make an appointment - they are very communicative through text! Prices are very transparent & reasonable for the quality of cut and attention that I got. Sara is so nice and very talented. I really liked how well she communicated and listened. She really took her time with my appointment making sure she knew exactly what I wanted before getting started. Sometimes hairstylists will just kind of assume they know what you want but she asked a lot of clarifying questions and talked me through how she was going to go about it. I'll be coming back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sara for cut and color!

I saw Megan A. My hair color and cut is one the best I've ever had and I have pretty high standards from the salons I was going to in NYC & LA (Elizabeth Arden). I feel like I transformed from a 35-year-old mom to a 29-year-old mermaid. She is AWESOME and I have already recommended her to some LA girlfriends and told them the drive is worth it.

So we've had those diy haircuts at home that didn't turn out the way we wanted. So I had one of these disasters and needed a fix right away. I was booked with Leanna on the weekend and drove there early since I was so excited to get my hair fixed. I love how she Leanna say me down and fully examined my hair and asked me exactly what I wanted. Long? Short? Layers? Etc. my hair was in very choppy layers and I just wanted everything smoothed out while saving the length. Leanna did such an amazing job and smoothed out my layers when even I thought it wasn't doable. She then did a quick blow dry for me after washing my hair. I highly recommend booking with Leanna! My friends gave me so many compliments on my new short hair and I plan on booking with her for my future trims!

I had my 1st haircut back in June 2020 with Megan - right after they opened after Covid. Everyone was as nice as could be. I must say I was nervous because it was my 1st time with Megan but she gave me an amazing haircut and blow-dry. I will definitely be back!

Pringle has been taking care of my hair for EVER (10+ yrs or 15??? It's been too long I can't remember lol). I've been with her through her attempts at finding the perfect salon to call home until she finally got fed up and opened Swanky! Her salon is amazing. Always clean, staff friendly (none of that snobby attitude here!) We have tried just about everything together but my absolute favorites are the fantastic color mixes she comes up with. I've included 2 pics of my favorites (to die for red and a sexy purple/deep deep brown) I'm notorious for showing up to an appointment and wanting something new but not knowing what. I always trust her to come up with a new color and she never disappoints! I have naturally curly hair and she knows just how to cut it so it looks like a million bucks after it's air dried. I would absolutely never go anywhere else!! Sara Punches is also amazing! She's fantastic at styling hair and her up-dos look super soft and amazing but could easily withstand hurricane force winds.

I'm so happy I got my appointment in before the closure due to Covid. The salon was extremely clean, and I felt very comfortable. Melissa did an amazing job with my hair. :) She pays so much attention to detail, I can't wait to go back!

I needed a last minute appointment and vanessa was so kind enough to get me in for a consultation! After leaving I was so excited for my appointment. I made one with leanna for a balayage and best decision. She is sooo sweet and took her time getting to know my hair before and during the process. I absolutely LOVE my hair I've already recommended this salon to a friend and family thank you again leanna!! You're amazing!

It took me a long time to write this because I try my best to give Everyone the benefit of the doubt. I want to believe that I am getting quality and making the right decisions but I should have shopped around more when it came to my hair extensions. I came to Christy with incredibly short hair about 2-3" pixie. I was desperate for long hair! I had lost all my hair and was dreaming of the day to have long hair again! I called Christy and she seemed nice enough so I scheduled an appointment with her. Initially my hair was too short. I sent her pictures and she suggested I wait longer. So 2-3 months later I came to her and she said it was doable. I was nervous since I never had hair extensions of what it would look like however she assured me she was the best and a specialist for women with hair as short as mine. First of all Christy's website is very old and the pictures are low quality. That's not a good sign when you can't provide high quality photos and updating ones of your clientele. Especially on Yelp or other online platforms. That should have been a red flag #1. I did ask her several times if she was sure she could give me hair extensions with my hair being so short and thick as none of her before u0026 after photos looked like my hair and she said yes. Second I have very thick hair and she thinned it out so bad that I was left traumatized! For goodness sake I had just lost al my hair and her she was with a razor type brush just chopping away. A good hair extension expert would have just been honest and said I needed to buy more bundles for my thick hair instead of taking out so much of my hair. To make up for the lack of hair she had purchased for me! Third the process was so long and so painful. I thought this was normal. I had tears in my eyes it was excruciating and she would kindly apologize which I appreciated, however I was so naive to think this was ok. I did not realize that it didn't have to hurt to get I-tip extensions and even with my thick hair should have only taken maybe 2-3 hours not 7-8!!! Christy installed my I-Tip extensions with a yellow wax like substance and tugged and pulled my scalp so hard. Lastly I spent two whole days at her home getting painful I Tip extensions and only half my hair was done. I had the worst most embarrassing mullet ever and my head was throbbing. I felt hideous and wronged but I paid her in cash and couldn't do anything about it. I had to be nice after leaving her house the first time so she could fix it and add more extensions but honestly it was never enough. I had to wear a baseball cap to hide her botched job as she couldn't get me back in for three days. $1,300 later I left and never went back. Shortly after I started researching local Hair extension experts on the area and paid more attention to the before and after photos and reviews. It took me getting it done by someone else to realize it doesn't hurt, I needed triple the amount of hair Christy had ordered for me and it only took up my morning not two full days! I regret ever going to Christy and feel so ripped off. It's more than just the money I feel was wasted but it was an incredibly distressing experience for me and the end result was hideous. Worst extensions ever. Do your research! Otherwise don't say I didn't warn you
