Incredible service always calls with reminders. I left another Pharmacy in the area that gave me medication that taking together could have done serious damage to my health. Kramer's Pharmacy has always been 100% I have spoken to the pharmacist on a couple of occasions who has even suggested different medications that I might speak to my physician about that might actually be better for me. The owner Andy Kramer is almost always available for a phone call to assist with any questions. There is an extremely courteous staff both the Pharmacists and the front staff are always polite and efficient.

We love Kramer's Pharmacy.I have an elderly father that I take care of, so he has a high requirement for meds.I come in often enough that they now know me by name.They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Andy Kramer and his team make it so much easier to do business than any of these mail order services or large pharmacies. There is something for sure to say about local community service! they are amazing! They handle everything for you to make your life easier - personal phone calls, delivery, working with your insurance company instead of you sitting on hold and getting passed around forever from department to department. Support local and get better service at relatively the same price! No brainer!

Having lived in the local community for 20 years, I can honestly say there's nothing more refreshing than a friendly, home town and locally owned pharmacy like Kramer's. The staff is extremely helpful, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. In addition, the pharmacy is wonderful for kids, young adults and senior citizens who often visit their convenience store for sundries, toys and other items. If you're sick of the large big box pharmacies that treat you like cattle, Kramer's if for you. Make it a point to stop by and meet Andy, the owner. Andy will make sure you receive the highest level of service and care.Support your local business and move all of your prescriptions to Kramer's. You'll be glad you did!!!

Kramer's is truly an extraordinary experience every time--the best pharmacy ever! They fill prescriptions VERY quickly, text you when it's ready, call you with updates when there are delays for any reason. They've also helped me find discounts or coupons on some prescriptions. Staff is always friendly and kind! Although the hours are more limited than a big pharmacy, it's worth itPlus, they always have unique gifts, displays of whatever holiday is next. I've bought tons of gifts here through the years

Do not take your child here for vaccinations. They will refuse to vaccinate if they hear your MINOR child say they don't want to be given a shot. Well, guess what -- NO child wants to be given a shot. Unfortunately for them, it's not their choice. If I bring my child in to be vaccinated, my expectation is that their opinion does not matter. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want someone else making healthcare decisions for your child.

Late yesterday afternoon I called Kramer' and spoke with the pharmacist about a medication I urgently needed. I did not ask nor expect them to rush this medication to me, but they did and I am already feeling a little bit better. A huge thank you to the staff at Kramer's for caring and such fabilous customer service.

I needed a prescription filled while in town and they REFUSED to fill it because I don't live in Agoura. Their reason? What if we need that drug for a RESIDENT. Not joking.

Best Pharmacy I've ever been too. They are absolutely the kindest and quickest pharmacy I've ever used. They always make sure I leave there completely satisfied. They sell other items in their shop and everything is adorable. Unique kids toys and educational but fun toys. As well as medical items, they sell the best selling lotions and make up bags and so much more. Kramer's treats you like family.

This pharmacy always has what I need. During the pandemic, I couldn't find rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide anywhere. Kramers had them both! As soon as I walk in I am greeted with friendly faces and they are always quick to help me find what I need which is never the case I find with the larger pharmacies who can barely bother to look at you sometimes. Happy to support this small-town business!

I have gone in multiple times to buy covid test kits. Yes I understand that they are priced higher that you can buy on Amazon or another pharmacy.However everywhere else is sold out.This business owner has made an extra effort to supply the community with needed tests…at a significant expense to the pharmacy if you add shipping and extra employees on the clock to sell them.Want to complain about the cost of the test kit? Nobody is forcing you to purchase them here!I for one, appreciate the fact that they are available here. Thank you Kramers!

Kramer’s pharmacy is one of the very few places where we have found Covid tests available in a consistent and reliable manner. Go to CVS and they have nothing. Go to Walgreens and nothing.When we needed to see if our family was infected, we went to Kramer’s and were able to get the home tests. The packages were factory sealed and a very recognizable and reputable brand (Abbott). At $20 a test (two to a box so $40), we found that to be more than reasonable.When it comes to so many things COVID-related, it’s the Wild West out there. Thank goodness for a pharmacy family that cares.
