They are problem focused and not solution focus, which sadly indicates lack of critical thinking skills. Person at counter refused to take a package due to old label on box. Instead of offering to perhaps get a box off their shelf and having me repack the items into new box, she just looked at me with blank look.Customer service fail. I hope their manager sees this and if she was the manager then double fail. This will become a corporate complaint.

computer stations offline, print service takes 10 minutes to give back retrieval code, and worst off all the wifi speeds are stuck back in the mid 2000s at 0.4k KILObit per second upload speeds

The literal worst customer service EVERY single time. Can someone see a woman or anyone for that matter with packages and open a door, make polite eye contact, or any at all? They sigh or react annoyed when they have to work. Everyone there acts like it's a hassle for them to be there and the customers are a hassle to take care of. I use this office weekly and it's always the same. The employees have full conversations amongst each other like we aren't even there and talk about things that are not even work-related. That place needs a good "clean up" of lazy employees. I suggest an undercover boss episode!!

Every single time I come into this place I am disappointed. I understand I am a small user. But the trying to get a few copy's made is like crossing the Pacific Ocean. The machines are all in error. You have to send a email to them, and every single time it will not connect with their Wi-Fi. I mean come on! I have to drive around, go home, for it to connect. Then drive back get my freaking code to make a few copy's on the self serve copy machines. It should not be that hard. Never ever going back. This happens every time.

I rarely review anything on Yelp but I had such a poor experience at this location I had to share. I waited a full hour between doing self printing and having the machine break and having to wait for someone to help me with it accompanied by the flippant attitude of most people that helped me with my printing and with mailing stuff as if I have done either before but I had never done them before. And the lack of knowledge of the person behind the counter to give me a simple $3 refund on the printing that didn't work. Management needs to take a serious look at the location and personnel and procedures as it was such a poor experience.

I goofed up on a project I was working on. It looked like I would have to go back to my home screen to fix it and come back. Shout out to Marvin. He went above and beyond to help me, using some creative approaches to make it right and get it finished. Marvin worked with me for nearly 20 minutes -- granted it was a slow Sunday afternoon and there were very few customers present. Whew, what a relief. Kudos Marvin. Peace out.

This is the most helpful, pleasant, and comfortable of the 3 offices in my area. The hours are convenient, there are more copiers than in the other locations and they all work. The staff here is also very helpful when they can be. I goofed up on a project I was working on. It looked like I would have to go back to my home screen to fix it and come back. Shout out to Marvin. The people here are very nice. We use this office frequently for the past 6 years. They like working with one another so much that the continue talking to each other while the line is growing and tell you to scan your package on the self serve and just drop it off. I took an important package with a business contract in it there yesterday, and the guy at the register kept insisting that I use the self serve. I knew the international documents that printed out looked wrong, so I waited the extra ten minutes to make sure this important package went out with no delays. I filled out the commercial invoice that didn't print, and doesn't he come from behind the register with my package and scan it on the self serve and hand me a receipt. I left the store confident that my package was going out, especially with all the extra attention filling out the forms and showing me the self serve scanner and personally giving me a receipt. Today, I get an update from Fedex that I dropped my international Express overnight package off today, and it will be delivered FRIDAY! WTH! Friday when everyone takes off work early in Germany. I called the store and apparently they had a new driver who didn't take all the packages. So how the heck does that happen? Now I'm wondering why he came from behind the register after carefully assembling my Fedex branded envelop. Aren't all the packages to go in the same spot? Or, is there a separate spot for self serve scans? Doesn't anyone talk to the new guy or are they too busy talking to each other again? I am so upset. This office screwed up our business big time. No contract on client's desk next day for a bid, there is no business. Then I get told on the phone, "it's not our fault." Seriously?!! Everyone was wearing Fedex team uniforms except me. So, who's fault is it?

The staff members completely ignored me when I asked for help several times. Then the older lady with white hair was extremely rude and condescending. I will never go here again. I have no idea how they are in business.

Horrible customer service went in to have a package returned, the woman working talked to me and looked at me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to download the return label among other things on my phone. After printing label she put the tape gun down in front of me told me to tape it up I told her I didn't know how to use the tape gun either she then with an attitude and another dirty look said "you don't know how to use a tape gun" then aggressively tapped my package. Very rude for no reason. I never write reviews but this bothered me a lot.
