I'm really disappointed to be writing a bad review for this place. I went here because my mother furnished her whole apartment with Ethan Allen furniture. My sales person, Eileen, was great to work with and helped me find the dresser of my dreams. I decided to purchased the dresser as well as a very beautiful and EXPENSIVE mirror that looked amazing on the display. Fast forward 1 year and 1 month, the backing of the mirror and the screws completely disintegrated and the mirror came crashing onto the floor (amazingly the actual mirror didn't shatter). The screws literally broke in half. I called EA to see what they could to to refund or replace the mirror. I was told the manager declined helping me because the mirror was ONE MONTH past warranty and that I could call customer service to see if they'd help me?? As much as I love my dresser, I'll never shop there again knowing how they treat customers. Too bad because I'm about to move again and would really love to get some new lamps and side tables. I'll be shopping elsewhere that treats their customers well.

Casey Hammer is amazing! She put up with our craziness and helped guide us to an amazing sofa purchase, and the design for two arm chairs as well. Will definitely be back to work with her again!!!

We bought a new sofa to replace our 20 year old Ethan Allen sofa! Obviously, we were so happy how well our old one lasted we thought we'd go back for another.

We walked in an hour from closing and were promptly paired with a designer who showed us the entire show floor and made a house call the next day. Ethan Allen may already be known as one of the best large furniture companies, but the service we have received is even better.
