FIRST OFF, they RECYCLED my old paint!! Secondly, they mixed & matched perfectly one gallon of paint so very quickly!! Felt like a VIP customer! They used my name and all (even better than Starbucks). Karla with a "K" was like my concierge and took fantastic care of me. Eff DIY/Do It Center and go to Dunn-Edwards!!

I just wanted to take a minute to let folks know I have been at this Dunn Edwards and the one in Thousand Oaks. The customer service was far better in Agoura Hills location. They went above and beyond my expectations when there was a glitch with my paint order. Im glad they are here and I appreciate their outstanding service.
